There is plenty of money to be made here once you understand how this stuff works. We are trading in the OTC where management is not always thinking of their share holders.

Knowing all of this it's best to buy the dips and sell the rips. Do not hold too long when the profits come. You will have a chance to take profits and buy your shares back a lot lower for the next rip.
