Very good question! I will be traveling for 5 days and not posting or checking in. While there was a very nice buyer, the seller was persistent. I suspect BSEG will have some PRs or news soon.
Whoever is bidding that at one point 1 million bid... its almost filled.
Wonder who it is bidding?
Only so many shares to go around so that is a big chunk out of the 51,250,898 float. And that is a true float not like so many of the other OTC garbage that some cannot tell.
This company has not diluted anything really in a long while. The only thing is paying the deka brothers in shares... as well as gifting North Equities private equity shares for im not sure what yet.
What are they (North Equities) doing to help this?
Last 4 weeks it appears to me someone has been slowly accumulation some shares as the bid has remained steady.
Nice bids are rising a little too.
Bigger than normal volume first 30 minutes. Don't see any news yet today. Co very busy with projects
Nope still around heavily tuned into TMNA merger onto TIO at the moment.
We know there has been a recent bid person for a million shares. OTC Short Reports indicates on April 4 and April 5 there was a short seller for 200,000 plus each day. Currently there is a bid for over 200,000. Just wondering if you have any thoughts on this recent BSEG activity. It is usually very quiet.
Big vol day for BSEG. Appears to be big buyer and big seller. Tomorrow should be another better volume day if EOD bid/ask are any indication.
Dr. Bruce Lee is the man...
He is a GENIUUSSSS!!!!!
Check out his invention Accessa Procedure
https://bruceleemd.com/
https://www.womenshealthmedgroup.com/blog/the-acessa-procedure-on-the-doctors-show
"Dr. Bruce Lee, creator of the Acessa procedure, explains that the new surgical option involves creating just two small incisions in the abdomen, inserting a needle into the tumor and using radiofrequency energy to destroy it while leaving the uterus intact. The tumor is then reabsorbed into the surrounding tissue and is not likely to return. The procedure allows for a rapid recovery, compared to hysterectomy, a low rate of recurrence and minimal post-operative pain. Dr. Lee believes his procedure can reduce the number of unnecessary hysterectomies performed each year."
If he is starting another medical venture whether that is cosmetic or internal etc. he is the man to do it. He is also been a long time director at BSEG.
This spring and summer seem to me to be good time to accumulate BSEG. Like the part about "medical" which is a new area. Folks should be getting on board.
PR out more marketing and more details coming.
BSEG preparing promotional video. New marketing team on the way. Look forward to details per Big Screen Digest yesterday.
Thanks for the info on both stocks!
Also another story unfolding out right now is KITL... that one has fransmart backing which they also backed five guys, and halal guys. Five guys has like 1.8 billion in revenue now!!!
Fransmart is supporting and backing Kisses From Italy now... check the recent news out in that one.
Scott Conant is a Food Network sponsored celebrity chef, and has also signed on to collaborate with KITL. They should be opening up the subsidiary soon.
Yup its a super closely held company, so this is why its tough investing in BSEG, but they do have a lot going on now. Private equity, working on tech, and hopefully we get to see more content rolling out from the productions. I think once those items start rolling out that large bidder will start to move up. Also my other major hold if TMNA wins ill be buying here no doubt!
JPike you should check out TMNA, forward triangular merger into Nasdaq traded TIO (formerly MICT). Consolidated earnings were audited by the Deloitte group of auditors, and it should be a juggernaut going forward.
TMNA holders get 0.3167 shares of TIO for each 1 share of TMNA. I prefer TMNA over buying TIO directly also because TMNA has the merger insurance, plus I think itll (TMNA) still trade at a premium in the future so its like double win as itll be just a holding company for TIO shares.
But there is this arbitrage opportunity:

Man, they are really keeping the ball rolling...... Very busy with advanced thinking and that is awesome!

Yes very promising, 30k bought at 0.0339 today (not me).
Im looking for a few plays to shake out hopefully if im in time i can start buying a little more here at these levels.
Nice buy today and big buyer still on bid for many shares.
Yup the big buyer is still just sitting at 0.0285... theyll probably stay there for a little while at least before moving this up.
My TMNA starting to move up now, but im waiting for entire merger to finish off or if it explodes higher before selling any shares.
Company making 1B in revenue per year... is an African food and fin-tech powerhouse being built up.
Has partnership with Visa to facilitate credit to farmers all over Africa, and soon Asia, and South America.
They also have contacts with Dubai Multi Commodity Center, which Tingo food processing plant will deliver rural farmer food to the world.
In the past this was not possible, but now in the future will be. In the past there was A LOT of food waste from rural farmers, and nobody to sell it to. Tingo TMNA will fill that void.
i think this may be a good time to buy in. I have thought that in the past and nothing has come of it. I am basing this on the financials didn't appear to show any revenues from the book deal. I am thinking there could be a nice jump in revenues in this last quarter of the fiscal year. I hope so anyway.
Threw some spare change into the ask just now... if I can get a few positions to move up including my TMNA forward triangular merger play into Nasdaq to pay in coming months... ill add more to my stack here.
My CE stock CCTL might this year get rid of it... the Form211 was filed hopefully an MM accepts it and Finra accepts it. Its Pink Current with CE lol... CEO gotta be keeping it current for a reason.
If that goes then ill def be adding here whatever price its at at that time.
No one is selling this profitable stock at low prices. They stayed very busy during the pandemic.
If they want that many shares itll be tough for them to get it here... i mean maybe they caught some on the small share sales in the past year or so... and now looking to grab last batch here before moving it up.
If they want those shares here might be waiting a LOOONNNNGGGG while... nobody here looking to sell it seems. Whoever wants those shares prob gonna have to PAY UP!
Big bid for one million shares raised again. I suspect some more good news is coming down the pike!
Come on big bidder... buy up the ask! You arent getting any of our shares here LMAO
Saw that for two days. Unusual for this stock to have a million share bid. Perhaps a sign of better days ahead with higher prices.

Unsure about numbers I doubt the publisher would give out that info... maybe post that question in bseg.websitetoolbox.com
Also this is nice place to get a PR into.

I got mine at the first of the week. I was going to ask you if you had gotten yours. Any word on the overall sales of it?
Got my book Avenger Field from Amazon today... good hardcover quality.
Ill start reading it next week.
Not sure who or why anyone would start trading here for 100 shares other than the MMs or a buyer looking for cheap shares. Some mornings that seems to be someone's plan at the cheapest possible price. It would be nice to see any seller place orders at much higher prices which is where they belong. ASK at .05 would be nice currently for our growing, profitable, busy company!!
Several solid news items released this week. More to come.

$BSEG TECH TO THE FUTURE - Big Screen Entertainment Group Snaps Up Popular Futuristic Film
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2023/01/26/2596215/0/en/TECH-TO-THE-FUTURE-Big-Screen-Entertainment-Group-Snaps-Up-Popular-Futuristic-Film.html
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- One of the most acclaimed documentaries from the past year is the latest title to find a home on Big Screen Entertainment Group’s (OTC:BSEG) thriving streaming platform.
TECH TO THE FUTURE – an exciting look at recent tech breakthroughs around the world – is now available on Big Stream Entertainment, which can be viewed online, via mobile and as a Roku channel.
Launched at last year’s Cannes Film Festival, the documentary won a theatrical release, received rave reviews and was under Oscar consideration.
It features a flying car, lifesaving medical technology and even an Artificial Intelligence version of Bruce Willis which looks set to revolutionize Hollywood movie making.
Written and directed by Big Screen’s Sandro Monetti and produced and hosted by technologist Francis Hellyer, the documentary has been called “remarkable” and “fascinating” by critics.
TECH TO THE FUTURE will become a podcast later this year and a spin-off television series is in the development stages.
You can view the trailer to the film here Tech to the Future: Official Trailer - YouTube and watch the full movie, along with a vast library of other films, documentaries and original programming, on Big Stream Entertainment on Roku and OTT.
BSEG Chief Executive Kimberley Kates said: “This is an inspiring film with a positive message that tomorrow can be better than today. We’re honored to add it to the quality line up on our fast expanding streaming platform.”
Ugh figures... I swear the constant crying on FinTwit about these corrupt CEO's and here we have a genuine and hard working CEO working to build a business, with no debt, and lots of potential.
I can wait lmao ive waited this long... i support Ms. Kates hard work and continuing perseverance.
Dawg, It was a pump and dump grab. I noticed in the fall of the year before that huge amount of shares were being bought up. This was in the time period when the financials were not up to date and a lot of people were in the dark. This happened without the company knowledge which is contrary to most pump and dump schemes. They were able to pull it off because of the low float. They were able to set a high price on a few and then sell them off to the suckers as they road the price down. I assume the SEC didn't do anything since we were a pink sheet and were not up to date at the time. It is unfortunate that an honest company was used this way. I saw it happen but didn't get it put together until after the fact. There are crooks out there
Seems viable I agree. If the Avenger book gets made into a movie, we may get major attention to BSEG. The company has many projects now and any one could lead to increased share price overnight. Solid leadership, experience and staff here.
On twitter some said it was a pump and dump, others said the stock was shorted for a while and took out the shorts, in which it sold off after.
Both seem viable, and maybe both also happened who knows.
I dont know where or how really though.
I hope it happens again but more sustained next time.
Dawg, do you have a theory as to what caused BSEG to explode up to .42 in one day a while back? I am clueless on that. Nice to see news today and thanks for posting.
Ok now PR out... some development happening.
