Kender is basicly not a solar panel, its technology is much closer to a heat pump! So you are correct for direct sunlight. 1 m2 does not get more than 1 kW of energy per m2, even in the best of conditions.
But the surrounding air contains much more energy as it has been heated up by the sun for many hours.The function of the Kender system is to suck the thermal energy out of the surrounding air, not to collect direct sunlight.Kender claims to produce much more energy that what you collect per m2.There is much much more thermal energy collected in the surrounding air, than there is in direct sunlight.So its basicly much closer to the heat pump, which sucks in air and throws out colder air.
So I think we need to step away from the idea that Kender is a solar panel.
I suppose they will announce there technology soon.

Just to clear up: I started my life after military as an OTR driver. My 3 boys got older and needed me home. I took night coarses while working at a local pharmaceutical plant (The West Company) and did E engineering until 2000. The office got to small so I went back on the road for ten years. I guess I'm what you call a 2 career person.

The basic principle of this system is that if you apply heat you get energy of some form. If you place a pan of water on a burner the hot water rises to the top and the cold goes to the bottom; ie flow. At some point the water evaporates an the flow stops. That is where the closed loop principle that KE uses comes in.

This is not a recommendation to buy KNDR. Please DYODD.

Most would seem to disagree with your assessment of this "technology." The research I've done and the company's appointment of a shady character like Dr. Chat, have reinforced my belief that this is a scam. And since i have been right on the mark in calling it that, even during the paid pump days, I'll stick with my opinion.

Which opinion is that KNDR is a scam. It was conceived as a scam, could never have been anything other than a scam; and most people who invest here will lose most, if not all, of their money.

These steps have happened with a slight slowdown, as in R&D nothing usually works on schedule. We indeed tried to push the efforts as far as possible in our own lab, but several elements needed more sophisticated equipment and staff. This has set us back by 3 months in our efforts, but we are still on track to meet our target by year end.

2. Funding of KNDR

At Kender, we have always been backed by very wealthy investors. They have supported the company, and continue to do so. We have received an investment of 250'000 US$ from our early investors, end of August. These proceeds will contribute to finanlize our R&D efforts. Substantial additional funding is available and secured, after certain R&D benchmarks are met.

3. Product availablity

The first series of prototypes for demo purposes will come out not in October 2010, but rather early next year 2011. We are a bit late, but we are getting there. They have an updated filing on otcmarkets.com(formerly pinksheets.com)as of Nov 25 ,so that indicates they are coming out of their silent period and,as you noted on yahoo,the STOP sign HAS BEEN REMOVED.
I'm surprised the stock hasn't jumped on such concrete independent evidence that this is starting to come back alive,especially when the stock has often doubled on unsubstantiated rumors.

I have done o lot of digging in Kender Energy and its clear to me that they are protecting something! I cant tell you more for the moment,but look at my previous post, read them and just wait untill the company or others come out with News.

You ca see that they are resubscribed on the pink service, so soon the STOP NO INFORMATION should be removed.

Look no matter what you say If this works Kender stock will explode. It is also clear to me that Kender is not deluting the share. I know for sure they are now working with 1 university (UK) for over 2 months. Another is in for a few weeks and then you have the engineering firm, also UK. its clear that some of the people involved are buying shares for few weeks now. look @ the trading the last couple of weeks and maybe you understand that I am right!!

Microsoft Files Lawsuit Against Former Solution Provider
Illegal Installation of Windows NT Server and Other Microsoft Products Prompts Swift Action


REDMOND, Wash., July 30, 1997 — Microsoft Corp. today announced it has filed a lawsuit against 21st Century Solutions Inc. of Omaha, Neb., an information systems reseller and former Microsoft® Solution Provider, for copyright and trademark infringement and breach of contract.

The lawsuit, which also names the company's principal, Suchindran Chatterjee, was filed in U.S. District Court in the District of Nebraska and is the result of an investigation launched following customer complaints to Microsoft's Anti-Piracy Hotline. It alleges that 21st Century Solutions loaded unauthorized copies of the Microsoft Windows NT® Server network operating system, the Microsoft Windows® 95 operating system and Microsoft Office Professional Edition onto computers and servers that it sold.

Iowa-based Premier Health Associates called the Microsoft hot line after employees were unable to obtain proof of the legitimacy of software provided by 21st Century Solutions. "I knew there was something wrong," said Lynn Peterson, president of Premier Health Associates. "I tried over and over to get the disks and the software licensing that I needed to be legal. Mr. Chatterjee simply never provided them. It's just unacceptable."
Premier subsequently filed a lawsuit against 21st Century Solutions and Chatterjee alleging breach of agreement and fraud. That lawsuit is pending in Iowa District Court for Polk County.

Microsoft Solution Providers are specially trained and certified by Microsoft to provide computer systems and technology solutions to businesses, using a variety of Microsoft products. As part of the Solution Provider agreement, the member agrees to make every effort to prevent the unauthorized duplication or pirating of Microsoft products and to take all available steps to protect against piracy.

When Microsoft determined that 21st Century Solutions had violated the terms of its agreement as a certified Microsoft Solution Provider, the reseller was dropped from the program.

"As a Microsoft Solution Provider providing custom software on Windows NT, we take the issue of software piracy very seriously," said Brenda Young, vice president of sales, Coyote Software Inc. of Omaha, Neb. "When Microsoft takes an action like this, it supports the confidence of the marketplace in the quality and integrity of all the legitimate Microsoft Solution Providers."

The 21st Century Solutions case is similar to several other civil cases Microsoft has brought recently against North American resellers for unlicensed installation of Windows NT Server.

"The increasing popularity of our BackOffice® family of products unfortunately also means an increase in piracy," said Jim Lowe, Microsoft corporate attorney. "We recently launched a nationwide campaign to confront resellers who 'hard-disk load' our client/server software products. To date, the 21st Century case is one of worst abuses of software licensing that we've investigated."

Microsoft receives more than 2,000 calls each month that are reviewed by investigators to identify computer retailers and end users who are using or distributing Microsoft software illegally. In addition to increasing enforcement efforts, Microsoft is working to help consumers recognize warning signs that could indicate they are acquiring illegal or counterfeit software, such as the following:

• No certificate of authenticity

• Prices that are "too good to be true"

• No end-user license agreement

• No product registration card

• No backup disks, manuals or other materials for software installed on a new computer system

• Backup disks that have handwritten labels, are not shrink-wrapped, or appear to be of inferior quality

• Manuals that are photocopied, are not shrink-wrapped, or appear to be of inferior quality

Interesting conjecture. Wondering how you came to make that connection. Sounds plausible but some reinforcement of your corollary (and possibly some PR from Kender) would go a long way to foster the idea that they are (potentially) a real player in the market.

It coincides with the PRs ( prestigious formula 1 team commissioned too bring production model to market ), and the PR regarding the vehicle sector and Kender. Renault is the no1 innovator in turbine systems

Dear Investor,

We are happy to keep you informed of our recent corporate developments.

1. Great new steps in R&D

We have move many steps further to owning the most powerful solar panel you can find today. We have now signed an R&D partnerships with a world renown international engineering firm. We have now transferred all our R&D work to their lab, our being somehow limited in its capacity.

The steps with the engineering firm are the following:

A. Technical Viability (6 weeks of work to go)
- List of technical risks
- List of weaknesses
- List of targets for first series (volume, cost , manufacturing)

B. Market Validation (3 weeks of work)
- Business model fine-tuning
- Manufacturing strategy (on-house or outsourcing, short term and long term).
- Supplier investigation

C. Industrial strategy (3 weeks of work)
- Product and development program
- Study on manufacturing plant and setup costs (volume operational costs)
- Fully documented business model
- Opportunities and exploitation plan

Once all this is done (12 weeks), then we have the first products coming out. Also, once this work is finished, we will have major announcements on the product and our capability to produce energy (electricity) simply from air. We want to have the whole world listening when we announce that. And when this engineering firm speaks, we believe the whole world will listen.

These steps have happened with a slight slowdown, as in R&D nothing usually works on schedule. We indeed tried to push the efforts as far as possible in our own lab, but several elements needed more sophisticated equipment and staff. This has set us back by 3 months in our efforts, but we are still on track to meet our target by year end.

2. Funding of KNDR

At Kender, we have always been backed by very wealthy investors. They have supported the company, and continue to do so. We have received an investment of 250'000 US$ from our early investors, end of August. These proceeds will contribute to finanlize our R&D efforts. Substantial additional funding is available and secured, after certain R&D benchmarks are met.

3. Product availablity

The first series of prototypes for demo purposes will come out not in October 2010, but rather early next year 2011. We are a bit late, but we are getting there. You will soon be a proud shareholder of the company owning the most powerful solar energy system on the planet. Keep an eye on your KNDR ticker.
