It looks like the 20-day moving average for KNDR is providing some resistance for the stock. On Thursday, it closed at $0.018 and people are expecting to see a positive open today as the main resistance area is $0.02.
KNDR as it swung in a fairly wide range. The stock is testing resistance at $0.02 and people are expecting this price to break as soon as trading volume starts to increase. KNDR is finding some decent support at $0.015 and people are expecting that price to hold in the near-term.
KNDR tested resistance at $0.02 – it gapped higher and opened at this price. However with weak volume, investors used this opportunity to take some profits and drove it down to its support level of $0.015. If volume improves people should see a significant break of its short-term resistance point.
Glad to see the volume here!
KNDR is showing some signs of life. It has been testing support at $0.012 and on Friday investors managed to push the stock to test resistance at $0.02. However, similar to some of the other stocks people are watching, volume remains weak. As long as KNDR can hold support around $0.015, people remain optimistic.
Not familiar with the role they played, but I reviewed the website. Looks like a solid product, bright future, and good communication of their position/efforts.
Gives hope. Now that PSC is shut down maybe we have hope of this moving and actually holding gains. GLTY!
sounds encouraging and as if they are engaged with the shareholders
Some exciting happenings here at KNDR! :)
Email form the CEO:
Dear Investor,
We are happy to keep you informed of our recent corporate developments.
1. Great steps in R&D
We have move many steps further to owning the most powerful solar panel you can find today. Besides the operating function of the system, which has been proven back in December 2009, Kender Energy has now performed several new steps in the improving of the system. Several sensitive parts, which were initailly built in steel have been changed to special "zero-contraction" glass. These new types of glass have the immensly stabilize the overall contraction of parts in the system. The system, with glass parts in its core, allow for much higher pressures, much lower temperatures and an overall increase in power and duration.
2. Business Developments
We have signed additional distributors at this stage. We are in advance talks in several areas for production plants.
3. We care about the stock price.
We are behind the stock every day and are worried about the drop in the price. This price today is for us ununderstanable. We are today closer than ever to announce a finalized technology. How much is a company worth, which can overtake any solar panel technology ? Up to you to decide.
You will soon be a proud shareholder of the company owning the most powerful solar energy system on the planet. Keep an eye on your KNDR ticker.
Best regards,
Sean Kelly
President & CEO
KNDR was at .50 last August. Is it time for a bounce here??
KNDR gapped higher on Friday which created some profit-taking; however the stock is holding support at $0.02. People think if volume continues to grow, people should see a break of resistance at $0.025.
KNDR broke though its recent support price of $0.02 and with these current market conditions, it could break below $0.01 in the near-term. People will continue to watch this stock but people are not prepared to have a position yet.
Well, what can you expect. The market needs inputs. What about the announcment of the new CEO?
KNDR continues to be plagued with low volume but the price is holding support at $0.02. This stock remains on our watch-list because when volume improves, people should see a strong rise in the price.
KNDR is also showing signs of life as it held support above $0.02. However the stock is plagued with weak volume and for the price to maintain higher gains, people need to see this improve. In the near term $0.015 appears to be a good support point and a drop to that could generate a strong buy signal.
Did they not inform shareholders some time ago, about adding a new CEO to the board?
I'm with you on that one, there is very little support to keep it over a penny.
KNDR was unable to add to its gains made on Monday and closed in negative territory yesterday. However we are expecting $0.02 to provide some modest support in the near-term. Any drop below this level could provide a good entry point.
This is going subpenny soon imo.
this is a futile attempt by management at keeping this over a penny, the selling pressure will be too strong soon though at down shes goes, JMHO>
The gap higher in KNDR could signal an end to its recent downtrend. Last week the stock was holding support around $0.015. On Friday, it opened at that price and managed to close at its high of $0.02. That price action must have attracted some investors because the stock opened at $0.03 on Monday. Investors then used the higher open to take some profits. That selling pressure caused the stock to drop below $0.02 but investors jumped at the discounted prices and drove the stock back up. I think people could see another strong open today and I would not be surprised if people started seeing buyers push the price back to $0.04 or even $0.05 in the mid-term.
KNDR managed to close in positive territory on Monday after re-testing support at $0.02. The stock managed to rally to a high of $0.025. A break of this level could help to attract more investors and boost the trading volume.
There was some renewed buying in KNDR on Friday. The stock gapped significantly higher and opened at $0.024. Despite some selling pressure through most of the session, it managed to hold on to most of those gains and closed at $0.023. We are waiting for volume to pick up on this stock because once it does; we should see a strong move.
The late-day buying pressure in KNDR on Wednesday had very little impact on the stock during Thursday’s session. The stock gapped significantly lower at the open, and despite an intra-day rally to $0.024, which was Wednesday’s closing price, it could not hold on to any momentum and closed at $0.022. However the selling is all on low volume so I want to watch this stock closely and wait for trading activity to pick up again.
There was some positive price action in KNDR on Wednesday and that could signal a bottom for the stock. KNDR gapped significantly higher at the bell and the selling pressure caused the price to hit an intra-day low of $0.021, which created a strong buy signal. Investors were able to drive the stock to close at $0.024. If optimism returns, people should see increased buying in KNDR.
Weaker volume is also impacting KNDR as the price continues to drop. I am expecting the stock to find support at $0.02, which might provide enough of a discount to attract some new investors to the marketplace. But with so much fear out there, it is hard to pinpoint a bottom in any stock.
Weak volume continues to drag KNDR down. The stock gapped significantly lower on Friday but a drop to a low of $0.022 created some buying momentum and investors managed to push the stock to close at $0.027. This move is not surprising considering what is happening in the general market. A lot of investors are limiting the amount of risk they are taking and sitting on the sidelines with most of their capital. When optimism returns, I should see this stock move higher.
There was an earlier post questioning if this was a real company or not so I did some digging. Per Kender Solar’s web site the founder was Sean Kelly who also founded StockTargets Inc. The address listed on Kender Solar’s website is actually the address to StockTargets Inc.? Boulevard Helvétique 36, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland022 700 76 48*? – 022 700 73 62? (Fax) – 079 203 7124? (Mobile). Has anyone tried emailing him at this address: sean.kelly@stocktargets.com. I also found this patent entry with the inventor being Jean Cousin – The Chief Technology Officer of Kender Solar: http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?WO=2010029385. Not sure if it will help ease some minds or not but it’s there to take a look at.
Nop, the business I would assume is real, but the rest I dont, understand. Maybe they are selling shares to finance themselves, which could be understood, because such projects are not free lunch, however, as far as I am concerned, very un-professional done, this is for sure.Stable prices or upside momentum you create with discipline and not by forced selling into it.
Relatively low volume is creating some selling pressure in KNDR. The stock managed to open at $0.03 on Thursday but then quickly dropped and hit a low of $0.025. However there are signs that investors are taking advantage of these low prices. People managed to drive the stock modestly higher to close at $0.027. I have pointed out that a lot of investors are watching this stock, and when volume returns, the price will explode higher.
Any of you guys call Geneva?
Well, within the last 12 sessions, the volume was approx. 34 Mio shares which is equivalent to 30 % of the 112,797,460 as of Sep 2, 2009. With all these news, the stock making a new low, somebody became a bagholder. If they are happy about this, is another story, but not smartly done by the company, as far as I am concerned.
Low LOW LOWWW volume. No worries, it will flip back around by PH. Prob close close to open~
KNDR has traded at this level for the last five sessions. This appears to be a good entry point to take advantage of when the market turns around and investor optimism grows.
KNDR provided a very good opportunity for profits. The stock continues to hold strong support at $0.03, which offered a great opportunity as the stock rallied to a high of $0.038 after the open. I’ve said this before, but if volume can increase people should see an impressive rally in this stock.
"KNDR News" Kender Energy Signs New California Distribution Agreement
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/kender-energy-signs-new-california-distribution-agreement-2010-05-24?reflink=MW_news_stmp
GENEVA, May 24, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Kender Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNDR) today announced that it has signed a Distribution Agreement with North-Bay Heat Transfer Equipment Company for distributing the Kender Solar Engine in the North Bay area.
Kender Energy, with its distributor North-Bay Heat Transfer, is looking to take advantage of the Million Solar Roofs Bill (SB1) signed into law in 2007. The SB 1 complements the well publicized California Solar Initiative established by the Public Utilities Commission and puts California on track toward building a million solar roofs in the next ten years. Among the details of the SB law, one is about increasing the cap on net metering, a program that allows solar customers to get a credit on their electric bill for excess power generated by their solar system. SB 1 increases the cap from 0.5% of a utility's total load to 2.5% enabling close to 1,000,000 new solar system owners into the net metering program. A total of 2,350 hours of sunlight per year in the North Bay area and a rebate on the infrastructure cost of US$ 1.10 per installed Watt are additional incentives to be captured to reach those goals.
North-Bay Heat Transfer (http://www.northbay-solar.com/) is an established solar and green energy products distributor, located in Santa Rosa, California. "With an abundance of sunlight and proven clean energy laws, we are introducing the Kender Energy technology into the Californian market, where the need for clean energy and the political will to achieve it are the strongest," expressed Sean Kelly President and CEO of Kender Energy Inc.
KNDR continues to find very strong support at $0.03. For the past three sessions, every time the stock has hit this price, investors have jumped in and pushed it higher. I think if volume can increase, people should see a strong rise in its price.
KNDR lower close on Wednesday attracted some investors who managed to push the price up, causing it to gap higher at the open. The opening price of $0.038 created a good excuse for investors to take some of their profits off the table. The selling pressure after the open pushed KNDR to retest support at $0.03. Then the bulls jumped back into the market and pushed the price higher.
Raise that ask. I think everyone should raise the ask to where it should be = .46 sounds about right. I think if the ask gets to about here, there will be significant trading that will keep the stock moving.
I know that is a huge jump from where it currently is, but I think that is probably a fair price considering where the company is right now and its potential should the product succeed.
"KNDR News" Kender Energy Signs Indian Distributor
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Kender-Energy-Signs-Indian-Distributor-1263798.htm
GENEVA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2010) - Kender Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNDR) today announced that it has signed a Distribution Agreement with NanoBright Solar Ltd of Hyderabad, India.
NanoBright Solar Ltd (http://www.nanobrightsolar.com/) is a solar infrastructure company serving the individual homes market, as well as the solar water pumping industries. Kender Energy's present distribution agreement pertains to the Andhra Pradesh province, which encompasses the main cities of Hyderabad, Warangal, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Nellore. On July 2009, India unveiled a $19 billion plan to produce 20 GW of solar power by 2020. Under the plan, solar-powered equipment and applications would be mandatory in all government buildings including hospitals and hotels. In November 2009, it was reported that India is ready to launch its Solar Mission under the National Action Plan on Climate Change, with plans to generate 1,000 MW of power by 2013. The amount of solar energy produced in India is merely 0.4% compared to other energy resources. However, as of October 2009, India is currently ranked number one along with the United States in terms of installed Solar Power generation capacity. This indicates a strong trend and growth rate, likely to extend into the future.
KNDR on Thursday quickly reversed on Friday. Despite the sell-off, People were able to take away some good profits from Thursday’s price action. Friday’s sell-off provided us with another good entry point. KNDR dropped to a low of $0.031 but was then quickly scooped up and investors drove the stock to close at $0.04. Thursday’s action is a good example of the explosive nature of this stock and I don’t think they are done yet. Now is the time to re-accumulate KNDR so you have a good position to take advantage of its next explosive move.
Updated Technical Analysis Video for KNDR
Action has heated up in KNDR recently, allthough the spike higher yesterday was somewhat of a headfake for traders. Today we are approaching oversold levels, as we trade down to baseline support at 3.5 cents. Past action has shown some nice bounces off this level, so it could represent an attractive entry point for KNDR IMHO.

Don,t get me wrong, I really appreciate your contribution. The market is full of hurras and followers, which mostly ends with a hangover and then they blame everybody but not themselves. Due your DD and I am pretty sure, it is appreciated, at least by my part.
Attending the D8 conference, even if the company is not going to present, sends a huge message to the investment community. Why would the company send a representative to such a conference and expose themselves to highly qualified and very smart people if the company did not have something legit. to present?
Also, has anyone gone to the web site recently and taken a look at the management page? I think we know who the new CEO will be.
http://www.kendersolar.com/index.php/Management.html
If this is the CEO of the company; good connections.
Please, I'm not trying to throw water on your party, but their release clearly states they are going to ATTEND the D8 conference. Anyone with the 4,995.00 registration fee can attend, however, even the link they provided, http://www.allthingsd.com/d/speakers/, doesn't list them as a speaker or presenter on anything except what they said an atendee. My post was to try to help some that may have thousands tied up here find out if they have even a fighting chance. Another bit of help I would like to pass on is to buy yourself a MajicJack (they actually work), I call all over the world from my computer for .02 cents a minute on most calls, it's a great DD device. I would not invest in a foreign company without it, and having said that I doubt my quest here would have gone beyond the call. Just trying to help you keep your money.
Can someone post the level II please
KNDR strong rally provided great opportunities for profit-taking. People have been talking about this stock for awhile and pointed out that its recent price of $0.04 was a good opportunity to buy. Despite a negative close, the stock shows very strong potential.
Good post, no doubt, however, why should they have been invited to the Wall Street Journal D8 Conference. The way I understood, it is a very selective process to get access to this event.
