The insiders start buying in anticipation of the 1st custodial filing entry. Very difficult to know before the filing; however one way is to track the volume on these stocks and speculate that something is on the verge of happening.

I just noticed a new stock on the Status page at the DM website:

The new stock is ALL-Q-TELL CORPORATION (ALLQ)
And this update came on 7/26/2021, which was Monday. I took a look at the stock chart at finance.yahoo.com, and see that the last really terrific time to buy this stock was on June 14, when it was selling for just $.0033. And the very next day, June 15, there was a big surge in buying, and the price shot up to $.1900. But in the next couple of weeks, it was possible to buy ALLQ for a somewhat lower price, as little as $.1200, if only you knew what was going on. As of yesterday, July 27, it was selling for $.2100.

Well, this gives me a better idea of how long it takes for the news to get out about a new DM SPAC stock. In this case, it was about a month and 10 days, I'd say, from that first surge in buying, to the news being posted on the DM Status page. Is there any way to get the news sooner? It would sure be nice to buy one of these DM SPAC stocks at the really low price.

Jeff DeNunzio hit me back, per message below, about their other shell, CHSO, that does not get much action or updates - they do plan to get pink current. Should be a nice spec. Float is very low. Not sure of actual share count. They usually do not dilute share count.

Agreed. Once we know, it's a new ball game. The FOMO, along with new investor interest, which is the catalyst for the multi-bagger returns, should start.

Good points all. Denunzio has quality and certainty as part of their reputation. As a result, they have a strong investor following. It has been a roller coaster ride on almost all of their shells. But some shell stocks sell down after a mid-term run up, and stay down. DM's trading pattern is pretty predictable. Great time to be in both FTRK and CPSL now. There may be some short term drifting with minimal downside, but the best is yet to come IMO. Also keep an eye on CHSO, their other shell. Super low float, thinly traded, but I don't think they are pink current yet, and there have been few updates. Not sure what they are going to do with this one. Knowing DM, they will somehow protect shareholder value by getting pink current at some point. Could be a rocket ship and big percentage gainer in the making.

First, thanks to Papalaka for confirming my speculation that NXMH peaked right after "the financials came out," which I assume means right after information was released about the company that had moved into the 'shell.' (This stuff is all new to me.) And now I'm looking at what Chris9220 said about TSNP. I didn't find this stock mentioned on the DeNunzio website as one they had previously been involved with. But I did manage to find a chart, and the fact that it had a name change to Humbl Inc. (HMBL) on Feb 26. There was a sudden big run-up from Feb 1 to Feb 8 resulting in the peak of "almost $2" Chris mentioned. So I tend to guess that this had been a SPAC, and that "the financials" Papalaka mentions came out on Feb 1st.

So from the examples I've seen so far, it looks like most SPACs peak within a few days after people see "the financials" and learn something about what sort of company moved into the shell. Then they usually trend down. Can anyone show me an example of a SPAC that actually continues the trend upward, because this new company looks like a genuinely good investment? I'd really love to see that.

So as long as an OTC is Pink Current , you will be able to BUY and Sell Them.....Heard someone say , might not be able to BUY some ONLY SELL....after the 13 of AUG.21.......Seems things just might get really crazy few weeks here, with all the other sub None Current plays......I only hold 2 Current Pinks .For Now.....I want to see what happens after the dust settles....CPS% is looking primed. Not worried. DM does it right to protect shareholder value. Their shells are either pink current or should be pink current by the deadline. I am not sure about status on CHSO, very thinly traded, super low float shell with no status updates in a while. But knowing Denunzio, they are going to protect shareholder value. If they were to get CHSO pink current after the deadline, investors who still held the stock prior to the deadline would most likely benefit, as their would be a big demand for the stock once it does become pink current. IMO. I am going to email denunzio and see if I can get info on what they plan to do with CHSO. They may not give me the exact info I want, but they usually respond. Will post update.

Are you at all worried about any of DMs plays , after Aug 13 , as to being able to Buy / Sell.... the OTC as we know it will forever be different, Right ? Only current will be able to trade.?

Good points. The OTC market is different than it was 11 months ago. There was a lot more euphoria, fomo and speculative fever in the otc market. However, we have a great situation here. All depends on the merger candidate, their market cap; are they nasdaq potential. DM has a track record of delivering these types of candidates. I can’t think of any better place on the otc market than to invest with DM. But, no matter how great the story line, or how sexy the merging industry is, you definitely have to have an exit strategy. This the OTC. Realized percentage gains matter. Depending on how big the story line is, and the position and capability of the the incoming company, you may have to let some money ride. A lot of early investors with millions of shares did not fully capitalize on TSNP, and missed the big run to almost $2. The story lines and incoming volume were still driving this stock. But early investors still had had a great return if they got in early. Selling at fundamental, technical, and percentage return points are key. Investor sentiment is key. It’s never a profit until you take it.

What I said was this a great time to get in if you are not already in, because we are at a higher low point on the chart, in an uptrend. A lot of new investors are losing money on the pullbacks, getting spooked, and failing to get back in. Great points and observations all. Great DD all. Let’s make this money.

Well--actually the really GREAT time to get into this stock or CPSL (meaning the forerunners) would have been last November or before. Sorry to be such a killjoy. But since I already have a lot of FTRK, the question that most bothers me is "How will I know the best time to sell?"

For example, NXMH (Next Meats) was another DM shell before it became a real business. And it peaked at 13.0 near the end of January. So I'm guessing (but don't know) that that happened right after the transition to become a real business. And NXMH held up reasonably well through February. But since then it's been trending down. Clearly, the best time to sell was over by March 1st--unless a stock trader had some reason for believing that NXMH would eventually grow to become a thriving business, and held on for that reason.

Amazing chart for past 6 months with the higher lows and higher highs, all the while in an upward trajectory. Typical chart pattern for a quality rm stock IMO. We are at the higher low point which is probably the last great buying opportunity IMO. Not sure where all the selling pressure came from starting around July 1st with where we are in the process—-great custodian with great track record of producing high quality, revenue generating candidates— and a good SS. But we know the game —peaks and valleys between the filings. BSPI, the last Denunzio merger, had a very similar chart pattern with the same technical and fundamental elements. Take advantage of this pull back IMO.

Why would they terminate custodianship if they haven't sold the shell.They wouldn't be able to do any filings after termination,and would thereby risk loosing the shell.

It went pink current, custodianship was terminated. 10Q was filed. Then right after, 8K showing WBBA taking over.
