Not worried. DM does it right to protect shareholder value. Their shells are either pink current or should be pink current by the deadline. I am not sure about status on CHSO, very thinly traded, super low float shell with no status updates in a while. But knowing Denunzio, they are going to protect shareholder value. If they were to get CHSO pink current after the deadline, investors who still held the stock prior to the deadline would most likely benefit, as their would be a big demand for the stock once it does become pink current. IMO. I am going to email denunzio and see if I can get info on what they plan to do with CHSO. They may not give me the exact info I want, but they usually respond. Will post update.
