$BMXC Exactly..they literally cheated shareholders and even blocking on Twitter the people who question about Reverse Split. I and several of my friends lost their hard earned money. We got attracted with their share structure and false promises about Reverse Split. This Reverse Split is 1:7000 that shows how greedy they are. They wiped 95% of the shareholders with this heinous act. Let us all shareholders file Class Action Lawsuit.

I'm in.... Me and some other early investor's already filed complaints with the SEC a few weeks ago, and I was also following a guy on Twitter who was trying trying to start a class action lawsuit, but I haven't seen/heard of anything from him since. I'd written this investment off as a loss already. Plus whatever amount I lost on this play, I ended up making triple that in crypto, but i still held my position because I believed that there was still hope for this company if management could get it together long enough, but this r/s was just the last straw for me. I'm willing to shell out some cash just to see these people get financially ruined and hopefully go to jail! Because what they did WAS a crime. Deliberately misleading and outright lying to investors on numerous occasions on public platforms. At this point you can't call it anything but what it is.... a scheme to defraud investors. So if you're serious let's figure something out and make it happen because this is something that definitely cannot go unpunished.

What could possibly be the reason for a reverse split? The company didn't provide a reason.

The D is removed 20 trading days after the effective date. I don't believe etrade will execute orders until the D is removed.

If you owned 5 million shares you will now own 714 shares - I would call your broker and try and sell as quickly as possible because Bemax is a trips stock at best.

Bemax has always been the Nigerian Diaper Scam - it was setup as a share selling scheme from the beginning. It certainly isn't undervalued.

In the quarter ending on 02/28/2021 the reported revenue was $44,180 but the COGS was also $44,180. SMH!

Taiwo Aimasiko (who I have proven doesn't exist) and Jonathan is the person in control has issued pumping press releases for years.

From a past press release:

"Bemax Inc. Releases Revenue Projections of $2.2 Million for full year 2018."

Of course that never happened.

If anyone buys at $1.00 deserves to lose their investment.

Justification? Well, here's what I see here. I was here 4 years ago and got stuck, just like some of you are stuck now. I was glad to have sold in this recent run up, but I am still keeping my eye on this anyway, mainly because I was in it for 4 years holding the bags.

The reverse split is not so that the stock price will run. It's so that in another 2 or 3 or 4 years she can promote it again and sell tons of shares into it again. I'd be willing to be there will be silence for a long time here. A couple years down the road you'll see the share price rising slowly, then all of a sudden one day there'll be millions of shares traded in one day. That's when the CEO will be selling shares back into the market. She'll do this a few times, then do another reverse split.

I am no expert, I just got burned and hopefully learned my lesson. Some of you are in the same spot I was in 4 years ago. I'd suggest using it as a learning experience and hope to not fall for similar tricks on other tickers.

The CEO is a woman from Africa. The number of board of directors is 1 - herself.

The company markets women's hygiene products around the world. Half the population across the world needs tampons. This company I am told has great potential and IMFO (In My Friends Opinion) it will be a $10+ stock soon.

Stock will not run bc gap is too big. Any run will be extinguished by a sell. There will be many sells. Many shareholders got trapped. Some bought in right before the R/S not aware of it. Tske a look at YUKA which had its R/S at 2,500 to 1. People on forum said there will be runs to $30. It hss been months. Stock price stucks at where it is now

That was totally unwarranted for. The CEO shouldn't be worrying about who's trading the stock and why. CEO's job is to ensure the company's success by generating revenues/profits. Share price will follow with that... JMO =)

I think they're stupid for doing this reverse split when it wasn't even needed. but they are not stupid because they knew how to pump this shit perfectly to people back in February. It will be interesting to see why they rushed this surprise stab in the back r/s

That is exactly what they want to do prior to a RS. They want to pull more money in from traders who are unaware of the 8K which said an RS is coming. I recently went through a 2,500:1 RS with YUKA. I bought in when the PPS was up prior to an RS. Without any additional PR other than the 8K, RS happened one early morning. People could not sell and got trapped. Each of us lost over 95% of the initial investment.

You do whatever you think best. Beware that the current 8K still says RS is coming. RS can only be canceled if there is another 8K comes out saying that it is. For now, An RS is pending.

Reverse split will happen UNLESS they put out another 8K to cancel it or to say that it will not happen. Do not believe anything else unless it is expressed in writing in an 8K. Whatever on the 8K is important.

For now, Reverse split will happen and reverse split can happen any time when you least expect it.

Dont get trapped with the 80% gain today.
