I'm in.... Me and some other early investor's already filed complaints with the SEC a few weeks ago, and I was also following a guy on Twitter who was trying trying to start a class action lawsuit, but I haven't seen/heard of anything from him since. I'd written this investment off as a loss already. Plus whatever amount I lost on this play, I ended up making triple that in crypto, but i still held my position because I believed that there was still hope for this company if management could get it together long enough, but this r/s was just the last straw for me. I'm willing to shell out some cash just to see these people get financially ruined and hopefully go to jail! Because what they did WAS a crime. Deliberately misleading and outright lying to investors on numerous occasions on public platforms. At this point you can't call it anything but what it is.... a scheme to defraud investors. So if you're serious let's figure something out and make it happen because this is something that definitely cannot go unpunished.
