You are taking the post split price and dividing it by the reverse split number which is meaningless.

When investing one must know the numbers.

I started exposing this Nigerian scam years ago. I started posting in February 2017.

Bemax was created as a share selling scheme. The massive reverse split shows the insiders don't care about investors.

You won't be able to find an attorney or Law Firm to represent shareholders because there isn't any assets to be attached - class action lawsuits are filed in Federal Court and the Judge has to Certify the lawsuit and that isn't likely.

There were hundreds of red flags and some investors ignored the Nigerian Diaper Scam.

trying to figure why $BMXC did the r/s a few weeks ago. Could it be a because of this? Possible R/M? I am speculating by the way. Bemax will expand operations with the creation of a new marketing unit focusing on distribution of telecom products through strategic distribution alliances with telecom product manufacturer and suppliers.

What I learn about otc is take small risk only what you are willing to loose. I got caught up in R/S and suspension. With R/S you loose shares but not value unless the stock drop after R/S. It trading way below post R/S. with the small os it worth a small gamble with volume could go above 6.00+ in no time. I seen it many times. I learn to move on losing stocks.

$BMXC Exactly..they literally cheated shareholders and even blocking on Twitter the people who question about Reverse Split. I and several of my friends lost their hard earned money. We got attracted with their share structure and false promises about Reverse Split. This Reverse Split is 1:7000 that shows how greedy they are. They wiped 95% of the shareholders with this heinous act. Let us all shareholders file Class Action Lawsuit.

I'm in.... Me and some other early investor's already filed complaints with the SEC a few weeks ago, and I was also following a guy on Twitter who was trying trying to start a class action lawsuit, but I haven't seen/heard of anything from him since. I'd written this investment off as a loss already. Plus whatever amount I lost on this play, I ended up making triple that in crypto, but i still held my position because I believed that there was still hope for this company if management could get it together long enough, but this r/s was just the last straw for me. I'm willing to shell out some cash just to see these people get financially ruined and hopefully go to jail! Because what they did WAS a crime. Deliberately misleading and outright lying to investors on numerous occasions on public platforms. At this point you can't call it anything but what it is.... a scheme to defraud investors. So if you're serious let's figure something out and make it happen because this is something that definitely cannot go unpunished.

The D is removed 20 trading days after the effective date. I don't believe etrade will execute orders until the D is removed.

If you owned 5 million shares you will now own 714 shares - I would call your broker and try and sell as quickly as possible because Bemax is a trips stock at best.

In the quarter ending on 02/28/2021 the reported revenue was $44,180 but the COGS was also $44,180. SMH!

Taiwo Aimasiko (who I have proven doesn't exist) and Jonathan is the person in control has issued pumping press releases for years.

From a past press release:

"Bemax Inc. Releases Revenue Projections of $2.2 Million for full year 2018."

Of course that never happened.

If anyone buys at $1.00 deserves to lose their investment.
