Yeah I am a little confused. The last 3 PRs have said imminent now this one says it will be a few months to polish it up. They should be able to provide some type of timeframe that is less vague.

I looked back and see I ignored immediately. No time for bs.
The vast majority of shares are controlled/owned by management, friends and family. They are going to take this to nasdaq or NYSE. They know exactly what they are doing and have the patience to do it, hence the minimal communication until their shares are unrestricted. The last of the shares become unrestricted 6/12 so worse case scenario is we have another 4-5 weeks to wait. I won’t be selling any until I see the strategy anyway so no big deal for me.

I think you are right. Feels really close this time to me. Our patience is about to pay off. You have been calling this one on the money for awhile now and was the 1st one to figure out their plans.

If you look back in the filings you can see the majority of share exchanges took place on 9/14/22 and 12/12/22. The shares have been restricted for 18 months and that appears to be exactly what is happening now. The App will be released anytime from now to 6/12/24 because that is when all the shares will become unrestricted imo.

I think what we have been waiting for is occurring. Check OTCM, 11m shares just became unrestricted. I think the majority will come off restriction this week and then the App will finally go live.

OTCN is representing the seller of the million or so shares that hit the DTC. They have been at it for several weeks and the only seller in the market with any size. Someone is patiently soaking them up and getting a deal of a lifetime. This is the last dip, imo. I have taken full advantage. The share price will be back to .30 in an instant upon release of the app. Imo

I hang around here because I own the stock. Not negative, just realistic.

We have been hearing about this "APP" for how long now? One day, what's the difference? Don't talk about the "APP" - just do it.

You don't have to like me, but I am a decent trader. I've made a ton of money by being realistic and not a wild eyes optimist.

Still not sure why you continue to hang around here. You never have anything to say about this stock but negative every time. I have even had to delete some of your post here. Why not just sell if you actually have shares and move on. It has only been one day since we had the most positive news that the App is finished and in the process of launching. I am in no hurry myself as I plan on giving the company time to deliver the goods. The sad thing about you is I used to actually like you and think you were a decent trader. Now you are nothing but a thorn in the side. Congrats on making it on my ignore list which I recomend highly to others also.

IMO it is as good as released and good enough for me according to IBN who they hired to promote it. Pretty sure they know more than we do. It doesnt bother me that it took longer than they planned on completing the App. Gave me and others plenty of time to accumalate the cheapies. I am here for the long term, not the short term.
