I looked back and see I ignored immediately. No time for bs.
The vast majority of shares are controlled/owned by management, friends and family. They are going to take this to nasdaq or NYSE. They know exactly what they are doing and have the patience to do it, hence the minimal communication until their shares are unrestricted. The last of the shares become unrestricted 6/12 so worse case scenario is we have another 4-5 weeks to wait. I won’t be selling any until I see the strategy anyway so no big deal for me.
