I just can't understand how people cannot see that WGAS is surrounded with all these professional paid bashers who posts day in and day out. Looks like VM debt holders are restructuring themselves somehow. Creating new entity to finalize settlement. Interesting. I bet Volk stays in until settlement is final in a much more limited role. I say news next week regarding everything. Meanwhile we get shook before kaboom.

hi, nate -- welcome to the board. i can paraphrase it. i was debating someone on WGAS who suggested since asher enterprises is brokering the shell to a new owner, in a RTO, that asher cannot own equity in the deal.

i replied their assertion was false. i don't see why asher can't own the shell, and sell it to an interested party, and retain equity in the new WGAS.

seems pretty straightforward to me.

fwiw, WGAS could really be a huge play. 258M OS, and it looks like revenue-generating heavy oil assets are being dropped into the shell.
