Somewhat lol my otc mentality sort of can take this down trending action.
News of a repeat order is pretty encouraging.
They employ a large amount of veterans and that’s why they use that word “deploy”. -respect
But ... on a side note, the word “deploy” means bring into effective action, utilize.
Ha- they are not free. If they were o would have one and a solar powered light pole!

First EV ARC™ Emergency Redeployment to Provide EV Charging and Clean and Silent Power to COVID-19 Testing Center and Emergency Shelter
SAN DIEGO, CA – April 23, 2020 – Envision Solar International, Inc., (Nasdaq: EVSI, EVSIW) (“Envision Solar,” or the “Company”), the leading producer of unique and sustainable infrastructure products for electric vehicle charging, energy security and outdoor media, announced that the City of Oakland, California is the first municipality to re-deploy its EV ARC™ units to COVID-19 response facilities. The solar-powered EV chargers are off-grid so can be readily relocated, unlike in-ground EV chargers. The emergency power panel and rapid redeployment capability uniquely equip EV ARCs to serve double duty as an emergency source of electricity in times of need.
“The City of Oakland utilizes sustainable/resilient equipment that may be deployed creatively to accomplish a variety of missions,” Oakland Public Works Assistant Director Richard Battersby said. “In this case, zero-emission solar powered electric vehicle chargers are being used to provide electrical power to emergency response field sites. Yesterday this EV ARC was a solar powered electric vehicle charger providing fuel to the City’s zero emission vehicle fleet, and today it is providing zero-emission electrical power to a COVID-19 response site.”
The EV ARC™ is off-grid, solar-powered and transportable, which means it can be easily re-deployed to locations with an increased need for EV charging or emergency power. It can also be deployed into environments where power is needed but a connection to the utility grid is not available, such as surge facilities, pop-up testing centers and emergency shelters. Diesel generators have traditionally been the go-to source of power for these requirements, but the combination of exhaust and noise pollution make them less desirable than the silent and emissions-free electricity provided by the EV ARC™ products, which are now being transported to facilities engaged in the city’s response to the coronavirus. Using electric vehicles powered by the sun at these facilities further reduces local airborne pollutants which could cause additional harm to those with respiratory health concerns. The power delivered by the City’s EV ARC™ units is free in contrast to the option of renting generators and buying liquid fuels. The City of Oakland took an early lead in preventing the spread of COVID-19 with a stay at home order placed on March 17th, two days earlier than the statewide stay at home order was enacted.
“During times of peace and prosperity our products deliver the driving on sunshine experience day and night throughout the year. They cost nothing to run and they deliver service with precious little care or maintenance,” said Desmond Wheatley, CEO at Envision Solar. “That’s exactly what they are designed to do. But they are also designed to provide a highly reliable and clean source of fuel for transportation and other requirements in the event that the utility-grid cannot deliver. We could not forecast when the requirement would hit or what it would be, but we designed the products knowing that one day they might be the only reliable source of power our first responders and frontline workers could rely upon. Tragically, COVID-19 has delivered an opportunity for EV ARC to demonstrate its multiple layers of value. I am proud to support Oakland and our other customers at this time.”
PROPOSAL TWO: APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO OUR ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION TO CHANGE OUR CORPORATE NAME TO BEAM GLOBAL
The Board has unanimously adopted and now recommends for your approval a proposal to amend our Articles of Incorporation to change our corporate name from Envision Solar International, Inc. to Beam Global. The text of the proposed amendment to Article One of our Articles of Incorporation is: “The name of the corporation is Beam Global.”
We believe the current name of Envision Solar International, Inc. no longer accurately reflects the operations of the Company, and we believe the proposed name change better conveys our products and services. The name change proposal, if approved by our stockholders, would have the effect of changing the legal name of the Company. If the name change is not approved, the Company’s legal name will continue to be Envision Solar International, Inc.
The change in the Company’s name will not affect the status of the Company or the rights of any stockholder in any respect, or the transferability of stock certificates presently outstanding. The currently outstanding stock certificates evidencing shares of the Company’s securities bearing the name Envision Solar International, Inc. will continue to be valid and represent shares of the Company following the name change. In the future, new share certificates will be issued bearing the new name, but this in no way will affect the validity of your current share certificates.
If the proposal is approved by the stockholders, the name change will become effective upon the filing of the amendment to our Certificate with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. The Company intends to file the amendment promptly after the stockholders approve the name change. The Company would also be required to seek a change in the trading symbol of the Company’s common stock and publicly traded warrants as soon as practicable following stockholder approval of the proposal.
The affirmative vote of at least a majority of our outstanding shares of common stock is required to approve this proposed amendment to our Articles of Incorporation.
The Board of Directors unanimously recommends that stockholders vote “FOR” the amendment of our Articles of Incorporation to change our corporate name to Beam Global.

Envision EV ARC™ Solar-Powered EV Charger Deployed at Volvo Booth F3432 with Integrated WiTricity Wireless Charging
SAN DIEGO – March 11, 2020 – Envision Solar International, Inc., (Nasdaq: EVSI, EVSIW) (“Envision Solar,” or the “Company”), the leading producer of unique and sustainable infrastructure products for electric vehicle charging, energy security and outdoor media, today announced that Volvo CE electric machines and the Envision EV ARC™ solar-powered electric vehicle charging infrastructure product will be on display at Volvo’s 60,000 square foot booth (F3432) at CONEXPO 2020 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas March 10-14, 2020.
“We invited Envision Solar to be part of our booth this year to show a truly sustainable EV charging solution that works at real-world job sites,” says Ray Gallant, VP, Sales Support, Region North America of Volvo Construction Equipment. “Up until now, construction EVs needed a diesel generator or grid connection to charge their equipment. Technology like the EV ARC 2020 gets us a giant leap closer to the industry’s vision for an emissions-free future.”
The fully electric Volvo L25 wheel loader and ECR25 excavator can both charge from the EV ARC™ delivering smooth and quiet, emissions-free performance. The EV ARC™ on display is equipped with EnvisionTrak™ patented solar tracking system, conductive charging connectors and an innovative wireless charging solution from WiTricity which can enable equipment operators to re-charge their machines by simply parking them on Envision’s EV ARC™. Charging takes place wirelessly, removing the need for operators to plug in. Envision Solar recently announced a new patent pending on its wireless charging enabled EV ARC™ product.
The construction industry is facing tightening environmental regulations across the globe. Noise pollution and exhaust emissions are facing increasing scrutiny from regulatory bodies. The costs and risks associated with using liquid fuels such as diesel or gasoline on construction sites are increasing. Electric construction machines dramatically reduce environmental impacts while delivering very high performance. Yet the lack of available grid-powered electricity on sites leads to the requirement for diesel powered generators in many cases.
Envision’s EV ARC™ product can silently and cleanly supply all the charging required by electric construction equipment without the need for permits, electrical work or utility bills. Charging can take place during the day or night and during inclement weather because EV ARC™ is equipped with onboard energy storage batteries. EV ARC™ is transportable, can be deployed in as little as four minutes and can easily be moved from site to site as construction demands change. EV ARC™ comes equipped with an emergency power panel which can be used to power other construction equipment while on site.
“By 2029, the majority of construction, agriculture and mining vehicles sold will be electric powered,” cited Envision Solar CEO, Desmond Wheatley.1 “We share Volvo’s belief that electric construction machines are an important part of our future and we believe that our off-grid, transportable, solar-powered fueling solutions are the best way of enabling that future. The future has already arrived in Europe and I’m sure we will see machines like these improving construction company’s bottom lines and the environment in the U.S. soon.”
Envision Solar’s CEO, Desmond Wheatley will be at CONEXPO on Wednesday, March 11th and available for press interviews and other meetings.
Manufactured in California, the patented EV ARC™ and EV ARC™ DC Fast Charging products fit inside single parking spaces without reducing available parking. The EV ARC™ product generates enough clean solar electricity to power up to 225 miles of EV driving in a day. EV ARC™ DC fast charging systems provide up to 1,100 miles per day. The EV ARC™ system’s solar electrical generation is enhanced by EnvisionTrak™ (patented) which causes the solar array to follow the sun, generating up to 25 percent more electricity than a fixed array. The energy is stored in the EV ARC™ product’s on-board energy storage for charging day or night, and to provide EV charging and emergency power during grid failure. The EV ARC™ product is a permanent solution that provides Level I, Level II and DC Fast Charging, but because it requires no trenching, foundations or installation work of any kind, is deployed in minutes and can be moved to a new location with ease. EV ARC™ products are manufactured in the company’s San Diego facility by highly talented, mission-driven team members, including combat veterans, individuals with disabilities and other underserved demographics.

Electrify America Invests $2 Million in Envision Solar Infrastructure, Further Increasing Rural Californians’ Access to Sustainable Electric Vehicle Charging
Placement of 30 durable, solar-powered EV ARC™ charging stations with two Level 2 EV chargers each will help Electrify America continue to expand access to public charging options across rural California
RESTON, VA (February 27, 2020) – Electrify America is investing $2 million in solar-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in rural California that are not tied to the electrical grid. The investment will expand access to sustainable EV charging to drivers in rural areas, including the Central, Coachella, and Imperial Valleys.
Electrify America is sourcing the chargers from Envision Solar (Nasdaq: EVSI, EVSIW), a San Diego-based sustainable technology company. The EV ARC™ 2020 is a transportable, solar-powered electric vehicle-charging infrastructure product. Each standalone station is equipped with a 4.28-kilowatt (kW) sun-tracking solar array, 32kWh of on-board battery storage, and two Electrify America Level 2 EV chargers capable of charging speeds up to 6kW. This combination allows for two customers to charge their vehicles at the same time using 100 percent renewable electricity – regardless of weather or time of day.
“Envision Solar’s innovative technology allows us to offer renewable energy solutions for electric vehicle charging,” said Giovanni Palazzo, president and chief executive officer of Electrify America. “Along with supporting California’s broader air quality goals, this investment expands reliable, low-cost charging solutions to California residents living outside of major metropolitan areas – further demonstrating that electric vehicles are for everyone.”
Electrify America will dispatch 30 standalone EV ARC™ 2020 stations to carefully selected areas in rural California. Because of the custom size and flexible nature of the EV ARC™ 2020, the stations can be deployed quickly and without disruptive construction. Deployment takes only minutes, and the chargers can fit easily inside a standard parking spot, preserving available parking.
“Electric vehicles accounted for about 8% of car sales in California in 2019 but EV penetration is still less than half a percent in rural areas,” said Desmond Wheatley, chief executive officer of Envision Solar. “Electrify America’s deployment of our rapidly deployed, solar-powered EV charging products will help the state get closer to its goal of 250,000 charging stations by 2025 while putting fully emissions free driving within reach of those who need it most. We look forward to continuing to support Electrify America’s efforts now and in the future.”
The unique ability of EV ARC™ 2020 to operate independent of the electrical grid not only provides ease and flexibility in installation, but also makes it a reliable source of power. The units are built to withstand extreme weather – holding up against winds up to 120 mph and floods up to 9.5 feet. This keeps the technology operating in the event of a blackout or power outage, allowing EV customers to charge their vehicles and get home. Additionally, the chargers can serve as a resource for first responders who may need to quickly relocate the transportable units to provide power in the event of an emergency.
Installation of the Envision Solar chargers will begin in the first half of 2020. Like all public charging stations on the Electrify America network, the EV ARC™ 2020 chargers being deployed by Electrify America promote consumer choice by supporting all light-duty electric vehicles.

Orange County Becomes the First North Carolina County to Purchase Envision EV ARC(TM) Solar Powered EV Charging Product
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Envision Solar International, Inc., (Nasdaq: EVSI, EVSIW) ("Envision Solar," or the "Company"), the leading producer of unique and sustainable infrastructure products for electric vehicle charging, energy security and outdoor media, announced that Orange County has become the first North Carolina county to purchase the Company's EV ARC(TM) EV charging infrastructure product. The EV ARC(TM) is being used to charge Orange County's electric fleet vehicles.
"Orange County is excited to be the first county government in North Carolina to operate fleet vehicles on off-grid solar power," said Brennan Bouma, Orange County Sustainability Coordinator. "This charging station represents an important step in our transition to 100% renewable energy. The EV ARC will lower the operating cost of our new 'Mobility on Demand' vehicles while increasing the coverage and convenience of Orange County Public Transportation."
Orange County was assisted in the deployment of the EV ARC(TM) product through a North Carolina grant made possible through the Clean Fuels Advanced Technology Project. The grant program required that funded electric vehicle charging infrastructure must not cause any ground or environmental disruption such as trenching or cutting of concrete. Envision's EV ARC(TM) product is deployed without the requirement for any construction or environmental impact and as such was an ideal solution for the grant.
"Like our municipal customers, county governments are electrifying their fleets and they need a scalable and impact-free deployment like only our EV ARC can provide," said Envision Solar CEO, Desmond Wheatley. "I'm happy to add Orange County to our growing list of county customers who are taking advantage of our technology and its rapid, predictable and cost-effective deployment and operation."
As of 2016, there were 3,007 counties, 64 parishes, 19 organized boroughs, 10 census areas, 41 independent cities, and the District of Columbia for a total of 3,142 counties and county-equivalents in the 50 states and District of Columbia. Envision's management believes that all will electrify their fleets in the future and that contract wins in diverse counties across the U.S. continue to be an area of sales focus and growth.

I only invested 5k so no big deal for me anyhow makes sense hope they get there but I think is a long shot.
There is a guy that analyzed this pretty well. Going to be hard deal to work unless you get to around 200 units a quarter. Not sure they can do tha that in 2 years.
Pick up a few more shares today. Awaiting news of some sort. Hoping for the announcement of a Patent Award for the street lamp unit.
Hope all are still holding.
