EVSI 7.00 - re-starting a position in this longtime favorite of mine. Convinced it's a gimme successful product but completely unimpressed with management's ability to show any profit! One thing for certain we know now is that the upgrade to Nasdaq did draw substantial institutional investment.

If management could only MANAGE to breakeven even for just one quarter, EVSI could continue as a low-float'er.
