I called the number on otc markets 6 weeks ago ceo answered and said he couldnt give any info to private investor and all I asked were about filings. He told me to write an email which I did and he responded that otc markets is backlogged and they are still waiting. email is posted on my twitter. Again this was over 1 month ago we should be very close to hearing something public.

emailed the company a little over a month ago. company said otc was backlogged. should be very close here. filings still coming of course. wish otcmarkets would hire more people to process all these companies getting current.

In conclusion, Beacon remains agreeable to some form of disclosure
requirement; however, the SEC should tread carefully in imposing a
reporting requirement that is onerous, strict, and that costs the issuer
a large amount of money such as OTC Markets' service. EDGAR must be
opened to non-reporting issuers if disclosure requirements are imposed.

The deal has been done and dark has never meant anything shady.
Always been straight up and have even publicly stated it so. Fighting for the shareholders and profits.

The Delaware Secretary of State is current and no further filing or taxes are due until, on or before March 1, 2022.

We are awaiting only OTCMarkets to approve our application (which we anticipate any day) so we can file and become current again.

company is waiting on the codes from OTC now there application was submited back on march 13th see there tweet it take 4-6 weeks to approve im in another similar situation with another stock HIRU both these two like like 10 baggers.
