Yes I do as I am working on something now to explain some kind of EXTO valuation with these gold/mining claims/properties, but I am trying to figure out a way to make the info more conservative and logical for investors to go verify what I will post for themselves. I'm still tossing around a few brain cells and destroying some in the process (LOL).

Not at all. Most companies that are domiciled in Nevada and have operations elsewhere have PO boxes. Even large companies do the same. It would bother me if the address of their operations were a PO box.

That may be our first stop. Like I said, no one here even understands how big the assets of Bayport could potentially be.

We might be talking about a 500 mill-1 billion dollar company. Upcoming PRs should detailing their assets should send it.

I'm not a big believer that shorting occurs as much as people on I-hub claim but today over 50% of the shares were shorted. About 5 million more shares than half. By definition there must be a short position because the MMs cannot cover when the short volume is greater than 50%. Today there were 28,192,113 shares shorted and a total volume of 53,099,952. This means that at the very least there were 3,284,274 share shorted.

$EXTO CHART Looks really good. Remember this is a whole new ballgame here today... All three MA's 50MA, 100MA and 200MA acting as brand new support today

On this version of the chart you can see how it came back towards the EOD to settle just above the Top Bollinger band and set's itself up nicely for a bigger run at the resistance of .006 and .008 the RSI HAsn't quite entered the Power Zone either yet :)



Here we see all three MA's 50, 100 and 200 the main being the 200MA. With Today's Huge volume and the 50 MA at .0033 acting as great lower end support Also the 100ma is new support too... The MACD is strong at .0002 showing lot's of major interest since being near neutral last thursday... The Accum/Dist is also going straight up showing the solid continuation of EXTO's Accumulation a very bullish signal on all levels IMHO

I had some of the same thoughts when I spoke to the company. The previous two managements both realized that running a public company was more than what they had bit off. Again, this is from my understanding of the situation.

From my understanding, Bayport Corporation had been trying to go public with their assets for many months. I think these guys will have a different passion for making sure things get done this time around. Still, it is going to be important for them to begin their filings and get current with pink sheets/OTCmarkets.com. I think that such would speak volumes for the company.

From doing my DD, I believe that their properties are real and have some huge valuation. I also think if the things get filed with FINRA to change the EXTO name and ticker, then such would speak volumes too. I'm patient to wait it out to see what will happen.

That's my problem - this is the second time they tell you somethig and then the story changes

1. We have bought TACG, it'll look great on EXTO balance sheet.

2. Oh, we have now spun TACG out and we'll give you 20% of what we told you'd get.

3. No, come to think of it, we won't give 20% - We'll just merge with another company and relinqush control of this shell. You get zero.

My take (Just a guess) - They did use EXTO to take TACG public and they do not need this shell anymore. It is to be seen if we got the TACG shares coming in or not. The way I read the PR, we dont.
