BCAP hasn't filed a financial report since 2017 and also has missing financials from 2013 and 2015.
BCAP had its registration terminated with the SEC and never renewed it. It can't renew it because it's delinquent with the SEC and in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
No current financials = no Form 10 approval by the SEC.
No current financials = no SEC/FINRA approval of corporate actions.
No current financials = no reverse merger.
No wonder this garbage is in Expert Market where it belongs and will stay there.

But don't expect too see one, I have made sure the judge in this case, whom is the same in other cases he has defrauded the court, is aware of the law around 3a10's. This is about to get ugly and I don't think him and Davy are smart enough to file something to justify why they didn't inform the judge of the 3a10 rules explicitly stating he cannot use the 3a10 exemption.
I got lucky that it is the same judge in both cases, freaking hilarious.

... and then he asked for $6M 3a10 plus illegal capital formation terms before he even had any boni-fide debt. He is asking the judge to magically give him debt out of thin air while confirming him as an affiliate and then settle it with free trading shares under a 3a10 exception which explicitly does not allow for affiliates to do so and he has defrauded the courts for over $600k over it already on another company with the same judge.
The judge has the full of the 3a10 law and cited cases on this topic. Jake and Davy are about to get a huge reality check and it will be hilarious.

Hey, fair warning... Judge Manalich (who is the judge in all your 3a10 cases) is now aware of the Section 5 language you have hid from the court. This will come up in both cases so you might want to address this asap before you are caught with your pants down in the fairness hearing when 3+ shareholders show up to ensure you get caught red handed.
This isn't a game anymore, might want to get Davy to make a more detailed legal brief with a detailed explanation on why you hid this from the judge previously and are purposefully misstating the law for your own financial gain. This will get messy if you let this just "happen" without getting ahead of it. Hilarious what is about to happen.

Needs to be granted custodianship first. Just a waiting process now. An entity seeking custodianship needs to own shares in order to battle it out through the court system. This was heavily loaded. There is not moving until it gets out of Expert Market. It's a timely process, but a very predictable outcome 😃

Yep, that's why it's imperative to study these types of stocks and the cycles they go through. This one was heavily frontloaded and will see an enormous pump like a Sharp type ticker. Expect it to be like TSNP runner. Find them early is the name of this kind of game
