Jake P Noch is a trust fund kid living with mom in Naples FL. Jake bought "stock" knowing full well that it was very delinquent with reporting, conducting no business and had nobody to defend against his lawsuit. That is his MO for like the 5 others he has brought suit against. And, the same thing he did with SONG, With SONG all he has done is use it to pay himself and as a platform to conduct his contract lawsuit racketeering, of course was never mentioned to the Judge.

BCAP is a disaster. It hasn't filed a financial report since 2017 and has missing financials from 2013 and 2015.
That means BCAP is SEC delinquent, in violation of FINRA Rule 6490, has a restriction on its corporate actions by the SEC. Not only that but it's in the Expert Market crapper where most in the US can't buy it for good reason..
BCAP terminated its registration with the SEC and never renewed it.
No audited financials for BCAP = no Form 10 approval by the SEC for BCAP.
No audited financials for BCAP - no SEC/FINRA approval of corporate actions.
No audited financials for BCAP = no reverse merger for BCAP.
No wonder this garbage is in Expert Market.
