Tiger - that is nothing new. Typical Barry behavior.
We will start with alcohol.
He said they would be completed in the next few weeks.
Well, I'm in here now, too. One of the few pinks that are actually doing something and not just a pump and dump, hah.
Stock price appreciation aside....still no financials from Barry for almost a year. Be prepared to be underwhelmed.
HUGE NEWS JUST OUT... delivering alcohol.
Baristas Munchie Magic Begins Hard Alcohol, Beer, and Wine Delivery Along With Ice Cream, Snacks, and Hot Foods to Customers Where Permitted
Thursday, February 11, 2021, 8:22 AM ET
SEATTLE, WA / ACCESSWIRE / February 11, 2021 / Baristas Coffee Company/Munchie Magic (OTC PINK:BCCI) has begun delivering hard alcohol, beer, and wine as regular items on their menus in states that permit delivery of alcohol.
Delivery of beer and wine has been available on a limited basis in Washington on the Munchie Magic menus via DoorDash on a trial basis. Based on that success Munchie Magic began delivering hard alcohol in Washington from its Pick up Partners who carry it through DoorDash. Adult beverages are now becoming a standard item on Munchie Magics' Menus in all states where permitted.
Currently 12 states allow for delivery of all alcohol, 31 states allow for deliver of only beer and wine and 7 states do not allow for any shipment of alcohol. For a complete map and list visit https://consumerchoicecenter.org/lifestyle-consumer-goods/modernization-of-alcohol-laws/u-s-alcohol-delivery/
Unlike other apps that ship alcohol in the mail for next day, 3 day, or monthly delivery, Munchie Magic customers will usually receive their orders in about 30 minutes however times may vary depending on the availability of drivers and the distance travelled. Currently Munchie Magic customers can only get alcohol delivered when ordering through the DoorDash app but we are in the process of adding alcohol to the Munchie Magic menus with additional delivery partners.
Although alcohol consumption has been trending lower, retail sales of beer, wine and alcohol in the U.S. still amount to more than $240 billion a year, which means if Munchie Magic or other delivery agents can tap just 1 percent of that business, they would be capturing over $2.4 billion in merchandise.
There are very few competitors currently in the market most notably Drizly who was purchased on Feb. 2(nd) , 2021 by Uber Eats for 1.1 Billion dollars who has a presence in 30 states. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/02/business/uber-buys-drizly.html Unlike Drizly that only delivers alcohol and a few sodas and chips, Munchie Magic customers have the full menu available including ice cream, snacks, and hot foods.
Barry Henthorn, CEO, stated: "We have been working on adding alcohol to our menus for some time. In fact we have been delivering beer from select locations since late last year however we wanted to be certain we were ready before rolling it out universally. The ability to deliver alcohol has been instrumental to our ability to open new locations and we are focusing on targeting those areas first that allow delivery. This is a major milestone for the company and the convenience of the consumer."

continuing growth in a demanded sector
Food delivery.
Why is this thing running now ?????
With BCCI at a 18 month high by far I do not follow the tax loss statement. And that time has passed anyway. Once the 4s fall this will run like the others. I am a buyer at 4
That's great to hear, glad you aren't getting burned...the penny stock world is a muddy place to tread around. It looks like Barry has made some alright decision in RLTR but BCCI still seems to be a loss of sorts for a tax write off. If you are winning on both I commend you. I personally have used BCCI as an offset in the past. Good luck in the field. Cheers.
Just look at sister Company RLTR and GLUC. Who knows but same players.
With all due respect. I have been here this long because I have been able to make significant advancements in my life and have made money time and time again as have several others that I communicate with regularly. Maybe practice makes perfect or maybe a leopard can not change his spots, but either way I am making very very significant returns on RLTR again and am way up here at BCCI just from steady accumulation as I have been able to do over the years. Sure there were buys that I lost on or at least were down on at one time but anyone who has bought either company in the past few years at any day is significantly up. And both Companies look stronger than at any time in the past few years as well.
Is this expected to go beyond .08 ? To be a long term solid growth stock?
Chachang I haven't been around for years because I moved out of the penny world and onto the blue chips, hence why I have been silent but you knew me as being active. Anything barry has a relationship with is going to crumble in due time, he has multiple entities so that he can move money between them to keep the sheep on board. At .04...please this has been .0001, bag holders are going to be stuck with this one until they finally decide to cut for tax write offs.
Take your profits. We will take your stock.
It is the accumulation that has dried up the supply and now with the progress, it is just beginning to get noticed.
Better look at GLUC and RLTR before you say that. Again, I do not see how anyone can have losses at.04 but I think you will see the RLTR guys accumulating here as well.
Reel, been forever, good to see you are still around. All good, use BCCI losses to offset your taxes we both know this is a dead cat that won't bounce.
Play - absolutely agree. Same old Barry story over & over again. Seen it all before.
Exactly Play.....I haven't been on this board for 7 years but I'm hearing the same ol Barry rhethoric all over again.....NASDAQ promises, big plans, blah blah blah blah blah. Unfortunately I still own this POS cuz it's come crashing down again shortly. That's his legacy. Bunch of BS. Just my opinion of course.
Something is going on with this one today. Been awhile since it’s spike this month during intraday trading.
We've been through this before Chachang I remember you from years ago and you know what I am talking about.
Munchie magic....Barry is too late...it's called a gas station go there to put gas in my car and get munchies. He won't expand he has no capital to do so...he has talked expansion and franchising for a decade now. Uplisting as well.
Respect to you Chachang for sticking with your guns on this one, but you shouldn't lead sheeps to a bag holders house.
White coffee is available now on Amazon. I do not know when you would have bought in 2020 that would have given you a tax write off from a loss as BCCI has shown strong gains. Munchie Magic is growing fast in a time where other businesses are closing.
Bcci...only good for a tax write off loss to offset gains from other investments. Barry makes empty promises, remember the franchise expansion deals, the marketing with the A list Malaysian soap opera star, the special appearance on Kathy Ireland's show, the white coffee cups that "sold out" on amazon in one day...and have never been made available since then? Oh and my favorite yoy: uplisting to Nasdaq...that's the best one of all...should be coming up as a pr real soon
The MM numbers will be included in the BCCI financials. It is the inclusion of those and other "higher standards" preparations that has caused the delay but they are in process and the company fully intends to be current in its filings moving forward. That is what I had received. I have also been told as have others that there are no plans to consolidate RLTR and BCCI. That was confirmed when I asked if BCCI was one of the planned acquisitions.
And Munchie now in six states.
Barry said this from RLTR
"Q. “Is the company planning on doing a reverse of the stock? How does the company expect to be able to move to NASDAQ when it does not currently meet the required qualifications to do so regarding price, corporate governance, and reporting requirements?”
A. The Company has no plans to do a reverse at this time nor in the foreseeable future. It is our belief that we will be able to meet the requirements of price by implementing the current and contemplated plans (that include but are not limited to) of acquisitions, revenue generation, and continued technical developments. It is through these and other activities that we expect to meet and or exceed the financial requirements in a reasonable timeline. "
Thats a minimum $1.00 share price. That coupled with the RT symbol, and pricey independent auditors for NASDAQ...
MM/retailer is using DoorDash and Uber for driver/delivery so they don't pay anything. The customer pays for that service.
MM doesn't pay to carry inventory since the retailer already has the stock in the store. MM just makes a small cut on what the retailer charges them versus what MM charges the customer. All pre-negotiated.
Based upon feedback on social media I'd guess less than 5 transactions per day per store. Margins nowhere near what you think imo.
But until we see the numbers it's all guess work. I'd think he'd roll BCCI into RLTR before we ever saw MM numbers.
The numbers will come out. He disclosed that RLTR gets .35 per transaction. If they get to 100 locations and each one does just 10 sales a day that is 1000 sales per day. I suspect that based on an average size order of about 25 bucks that MM makes half of what a convenience store would usually make in margin. Say 40 percent so 10.00 gross profit. Split, that would be 5.00 per transaction to MM. Pay .35 to RLTR and you are left with 4.65 X 1000 transaction a day. that's $4,650 a day or $1,697,250 per year. Grow to 1000 locations and that gets pretty interesting. That's after paying the drivers, inventory, store partners, etc.
This is about to pop. Just need to get back in the 3s and it will set new highs.
BCCI is one of those story stocks whose results never come close to the hype they create with their PR's. Case in point with Munchie Magic. The story sounds great. Expansion out of Washington into other states,,,one in OR, 1 in CA, 1 in AZ, 1 in IL, 1 in MA....
Yet the company has not disclosed any results for all of 2020. They essentially get a small sliver of the profit on the MM store sales...maybe 25-50 cents per transaction? I still believe that total gross sales per location is less than $1000 per month (with net sales being only $250 per month) with newer locations doing better at first than older locations. Accounting wise BCCI will be allowed to book the gross sales on a bag of chips , say $2.00 and have to record the cost they have negotiated with the convenience store, say $1.75 as cost of goods sold. Their net sales is really only 25 cents and then all the other costs get deducted from there.
Maybe Barry is trying to create the Dunkin Donuts strategy but at some point you have to disclose numbers. I don't think Barry wants to really do that. It would sink the story.
Has been both many times for me. It is definitely an accumulation time for sure.
Is this a long time growth stock? Or sell in March? I initially bought over 3 years ago for its anti-aging products goal.
Consistent expansion going on. Accumulation has been taking place. Management building shareholder value. It's all happening right here. Place your bets.
There is a history of accumulation on BCCI. It usually runs pretty hard in March. Looks like this could be the best March ever as long as Munchie Magic keeps growing its locations.
Something I picked up on while watching my 2017 #GYOG stock was that it started popping up to .004 from the .002 that was considered it's stagnant norm. It was a loser in my portfolio, could never hope for it to go back to my purchase price so after I seen these small spikes several times I set a sell order for the .004 and sure enough, cleared my portfolio of one of my dogs.
Several days later it went on a pump and dump run to like .008 or something. I feel the methodical bumps to .004 and slight increases in volume associated with it were "accumulation". JMO. I now watch for similar movements in my smaller penny and sub penny holdings.
That is not to say this inevitably end in a P&D. Could be legitimacy in the making and a share price to represent it. I'm just always skeptical of the less than a buck stocks.
Well for this being quiet, the market must sense something.
Watching a different swing, #RAIL.
Just checking BCCI price on occasion.
Good to hear nice size accumulation is taking place. Bodes well for the coming weeks.
UMMM That was a million share buy and there is another one right behind it. Just to be clear that is NOT me. Wish it was but I have to acquire it over time.
Wheee!
'Bout time. I hope it at least retains it's gains... or go parabolic to .10
My shares are from 2019, Feb and Dec.
Basement stock.
Needs at least bi-annual volatility, preferably quarterly.
