I called Etrade on it yesterday and they saw the same thing. He stated that on some of these tickers with few shares the "feed tape" they receive is a bit delayed sometimes between L2 and the Quote page.

In since Fri $2 range. Couldn't post as I was in Ihub Jail but was tweeting. Thursdays news stated the OS was 755k and the merger took away 356k shares (restricted now) leaving only 399k float of which many are held. Gonna pop to $100 here potentially
