yup, that's the source . I actually flew from ny to Vancouver way before that , met with the pumpers, visited their plant, was invested heavy in both, sideware went to 24 bucks and bnti went to 5.00 before the carnage

you have to fade everything this 6.1 million free shares holder says.

i share dd ,tom thinks he is so cool and he does dd!!tom cannot share his dd b/c he is a registered insider ,jerry osborn of abb.
imho also tom/jerry cannot buy further shares b/c he would have to notify the sec of the transaction in a form 4 or form 8 filing.

well at least i scared the holy beegeebees out of them with sec violations /reportations/ i hope the sec goes after them.
they didn't file bk because they would be lying to a federal judge ,that is 35 months in federal prison...they stepped down i believe because other new bod members and new ceo will step in or they stepped down b/c it is a done deal and money in the bank with a buy out. 600k comes in every year for the dod contract and i believe 70% of that is profit b/c they have to pay kondek and murphy. i don't believe the contract was extended or slowed down....as they have eluded to on the phone.
the svb bank has not taken over ,even though the last filing says they have ceased moneys,according to murphy there is a group headed by rick to stop svb bank and get settlement with the bank another way.

remember there are law suits from canada and shafi. what bettter way to deal with these nuisance suits than to pretend to be dead.
when the financial reform act is signed i believe the info they have been holding back on will spring up and the stock will jump.
