According to the 8K it does not appear that there will be an RM or acquisition such as Digsound, it just sounds like this will be taken in a new business direction.....whatever that may be.

On January 7,2014, under the auspices of new management, Azure Holding Group Corp., has arranged to relocate its operations to the Santa Monica area in southern California, for the purpose of implementing our revised plan of operations and undertaking a new direction in our corporate existence. The relocation of the business will require us to enter into a new sub-lease agreement, which is currently being negotiated, and to acquire certain business assets and trademarks, which we intend to utilize in our new operations. The Company does not intend to engage in or to undertake a reverse merger transaction and does not intend to acquire a going concern business. Rather, we will change our focus to our new business plan and eventually dispose of or liquidate any assets or value associated with the current operations, which we currently do not anticipate will have a material impact on our operations. This 8-K filing will be supplemented by a filing of Form ID with the Securities and Exchange Commission which will update our corporate address and contact information and which will change our Standard Industrial Classification Code (“SIC”). Our SEC file number will not change and we will operate under the current name of Azure Holding Group, Corp., and we intend to utilize d/b/a’s and trademark proprietary names associated with our new products and services.

I could be way wrong.....But in order to have buyers you need sellers lined up....There are just a few buyers here and every 10 buys or so they do a sell...They are trying to load all their pals at around $1.50 to $1.70.....This float is so tight that when the announcement comes for the reverse merger it's gonna go to $20 or more imho......Nothing ventured...nothing gained!!!

No I'm out, not quite what I was expecting here, was hoping for an interesting foreign RM and that seems less likely now.

I'll admit the potential stock promotion could still be in play here however, it's just too risky for my blood at this point.

As far as whats happening, if I were speculating I'd guess Digsound may be going public again, they use to be a public company trading under the ticker DGSU but went private around 2008 after being acquired by Veronica Rose Productions.

Lol..probably not too many....thanks..I missed that line when I perused the filing before. So what are you thinking? Reverse merger? I see Nielson company had licensed Digsound's technology in the past. I haven't dug into it too much so I don't know much about it. I know that this has been quietly accumulated for the last 3 or 4 weeks so it appears something is going to happen here. I picked up 1000 shares @ 1.4. The first down day I saw was Friday other than that it has been slowly climbing. Are you still holding the shares you bought? Thanks, dbg

AZRH started to average about $100,000 a day in dollar volume trading starting in early December. Off a base of $1 the stock has been moving up since and all indicators point to significant promo ahead.

I really have no idea. Right now it's WAY overvalued so I figure this will tank hard at some point, however, I'm gambling that the insiders who are buying right now know that it's going to go up first.......before the bottom eventually falls out. At least that's what I hope....lol.

They got the advantage of supply and demand on their side right now, even though the o/s is high the availability of shares is limited but that will all change as soon as the promotion starts....IF that is whats indeed coming.

The slow accumulation continues, would love to know what the Russians got planned for this one.

With $236 bucks in the bank I can see why folks are leaning towards a stock promotion, however, the only way I can see that happening is after a merger or acquisition.

What would they possibly pump in a promo right now, a Russian used car business that has sold 1 car thus far?? The SEC would be all over that promo like flies on chit.

I'm leaning towards an RM announced here soon and a decent one at that. There may or may not be an accompanying promo down the line to go along with it but I think those accumulating this now are buying the upcoming merger/acquisition......and not a stock promotion. JMHO

Actually to me it makes sense. Promo timeframes are compressed now. The easiest way to make more in a shortened timeframe is to have it trade at a higher price. MDDD a good recent example.
Add up the $vol since the first day AZRH traded. A good portion of that is their profit already. The only portion that isn't are wash trades they do amongst themselves to generate volume or provide the illusion of support.
When the MM running this sleeps in or sits on the crapper too long you get what happened on 12/18.
Notice how there were no buyers waiting w/ bids? Why would there be? There's no news, this pig is too pricey, it's 2013 and prepromos are deceased. LOL.

Well I hope it's not yet another crap stock promotion and instead is insiders buying in advance of a decent RM or acquisition....but I guess we'll see.

I'd personally like to see a big Russian RM such as Crocus Group or something else solid but it's probably not going to happen, prob just gonna be another p&d as usual...sigh.

If it is another stock promotion you can bet the SEC will shut it down fast.

No don't have any shares yet but I'm interested. I mean who is buying this @ around $1.24 with 122M o/s..?? It's not huge volume but it's pretty decent for what looks like little more then a shell company with a pretty high pps.

I know for sure they are not buying shares of a Russian used car business that has sold a grand total of 1 vehicle, so there has got to be more coming here in the way of merger or acquisition IMO.

Of course as McNasty says there could also be a stock promotion as well...who knows...whatever the case I'm watching this.

Market cap now sits @ $150M ....for a shell!!....hmmm.....I would not be surprised to see an 8K about a merger or acquisition soon IMO.

Forward split June 14, 2013.

On June 14, 2013, we received written consent from our board of directors and the holders of 67% of our voting securities to increase our authorized capital from 75,000,000 shares of common stock to 300,000,000 shares of common stock and to effect a 15 new for one (1) old forward split of our issued and outstanding shares of common stock. Upon effect of the forward stock split, our issued and outstanding shares of common stock will be increased from 8,150,000 to 122,250,000 shares of common stock, par value of $0.001.
