Let's make this fun again! I am actually long, stupidest thing in my life. But I do believe there could be some money made if we kick out the scumbags who bled this company dry. David Scumdransky (I stole that from another site) is the puppet master of Ken. If these two self-serving sociopaths can actually be removed, there is a chance. Yes, I am saying there is a chance. The last few reports on ADXS-504 seem promising. But our scumbag management has been concerned with nothing but reverse splits, S1 offerings, donating our cash to Israeli private companies under Scumdransky's control, management compensation, etc. Will there be a chance to make some money here? maybe. Not that I know of. The meeting is only about 10 minutes and you can forward to the 7 minute mark. Only thing said was which directors passes and failed, and that failed directors including Ken and Scumdransky, had submitted their reservations as required in their contract, and that the board will decide whether to accept them. I saw this with Arrowhead, where the committee came up with a totally bogus excuse to refuse the resignation, ignoring the vote. Amazing they say how important the vote is, because they need quorum, yet just ignore the results. So much for shareholder rights.

The same shareholders who voted down all the reverse split votes are the same ones who voted out Ken and Sidransky. Everyone hates these D bags, not just "retail". If it wasn't for their sleazbag prefered shareholder temporary shares/super voting rights gimmick, this last split would not have happened. Of course they will try to pull off some self serving "deal" with another Sidransky Israeli company, if they can scam their way into having the "unbiased" board reject their resignations.

I’ll bet you that some merger or acquisition is disclosed in the next six months or so. Highly unlikely that retail shareholders pulled off their ousting. There is someone else behind it is my guess.

It does not sound like a takeover. It sounds like those two are such crooks that they got voted out, but they will probably just have their stooges "not accept" the resignations. I haven't looked at this board in months, and you are still here posting nonsense? Good grief.

The rise is because Sidransky and Berlin got voted out at the shareholder meeting, and submitted there resignations as required (along a couple other board members). But the company still has to "accept" their reservations so the sleaze may continue. But this could be good news if they can drain the swamp of these two shysters. Listen to the meeting webcast for some just deserts.
