Not that I know of. The meeting is only about 10 minutes and you can forward to the 7 minute mark. Only thing said was which directors passes and failed, and that failed directors including Ken and Scumdransky, had submitted their reservations as required in their contract, and that the board will decide whether to accept them. I saw this with Arrowhead, where the committee came up with a totally bogus excuse to refuse the resignation, ignoring the vote. Amazing they say how important the vote is, because they need quorum, yet just ignore the results. So much for shareholder rights.
