There was just about '0' communications.
I had e-mailed their IR department a few times.
They did reply but only to redirect me to someone that could help.

I think they did not properly communicate with shareholders the true outlook for their future. I'm not happy one bit.

Just hard to understand...the debt wasn't very large. So many of these OTC companies have millions and millions in debt and go on and on for years. Why do some continue and others go under even when the debt is so relatively small in comparison. I don't get it. Am I wrong to feel like we were not given proper notice here?

Yes I did receive their product just last week.
The quality is superb, as far as canvas and frame go.
The picture is only as good as you submit, mind you my picture was taken from a track phone and not the best quality.

Yes, that used to be a "demo" page. Now they need to let the public know. Most of their prs have been targeted toward businesses. Was over 70% insider owned; haven't seen anything that makes me think that's changed

Let us know. I personally see the stock price as a bad sign, but the plingpix is something that has potential given their retailer footprint. The whois info on plingpixx has an avinci contact so that seems to confirm that it is theirs.

Hi t. I have a feeling the next news will be special. Cloud based computing is hot, and AVMC appears to be there aready with digital image sharing.
Yup, they're already working with Walgreens, WalMart, Costco, ESPN, the WWE, ATT and Gartner Studios. The NT-10k filed a while back showed solid financial improvement for 2010 based on the WalMart agreement and their internal cost-cutting measures. Still heavily insider owned too, with a good share structure for a move up. A shame nobody's noticed. A pr from one of their partners would help, and I expect that at some point. I don't mind holding what is for me a substantial position (I'm a small time hobby trader).
