You should really find out why they won't even let you sell your shares, that's very unusual.

There is no logical explanation for why Hyperion can’t even sell the AUTR shares Hyperion is holding! It’s not because the broker won’t allow to sell pink limited, expert market, or whatever!! That theory has proved false!!! Hyperion has accounts with E*Trade; Fidelity; TD (moved to filthy Schwab); IBKR; and Tradestation/Aries…!!!! They’re all filthy and I am Hyperion!!!!!

There is usually a sell only on some of these stocks, so can you sell the shares?. Each broker is different, if it goes Pink Current then I know several brokers will let you trade it.

Nah it’s not the shell + limited! Hyperion owns several companies marked as shell (SGOO and CHWE), they are expert market, bought prior to SEC rule change!! Hyperion can still sell those, but not AUTR…!!! This trading restriction happened with AUTR during the custodian court process!!!! Hyperion suspects it has something to do with previous CEO!!!!! Hopefully they are trying to cancel his 30 million shares!!!!!!

The company has a "shell" symbol, perhaps it is a combination of the 2. TD Ameritrade will let you buy when its Pink Current.

The stock needs to get to Pink Current before many brokers can buy, so that should happen pretty quick, and then you will see the market develop. If you have a broker that can buy a Pink Limited now might be a good entry point here.

Hyperion exaggerates! He only holds 103,000 shares!! Filthy e*Trade wouldn’t let him buy expert market or he would’ve bought more!! Hyperion watched the SOS updates and knew it would come to life!!! Only “sophisticated U.S. investors” and filthy Canadians can buy EM now!!!! So Hyperion must be satisfied with His paltry ~1% of AUTR float!!!!! I am Hyperion!!!!!!

As you know, it has not really traded at all for a long time. At some point in time the brokers will allow trading, but not sure when that may be. How many shares does he hold?

I do not think you can trade this stock at the moment. You should try place a bid on the stock all the way to completion, or a sell and see if it takes it.

Hyperion holds a LOT of AUTR shares (purchased before SEC rule change) and can’t even sell though! E*Trade allows to sell every other position, including shells and expert market. But can’t sell AUTR!! Hyperion can buy pink limited (can’t buy EM, alas), but can liquidate anything, including expert market - except AUTR!!! Very frustrating and would like to know why. The canned response they gave is non-sense: “due to the way it trades”… it trades like every other OTC with an 8mil float fresh off EM!!!!

It is possible that each broker has their own criteria. The company is classified as a "shell", and that symbol might prevent a client from being able to buy until it is removed. Some brokers have it on liquidation only. All this may change as the company continues to file, in which case it becomes Pink Current, and then the shell status gets removed

Hyperion contacted His broker (e*Trade) regarding this! Hyperion has a lot of shares of AUTR, and they won’t let Him sell!! Hyperion asked why, and they said: “it has something to do with the way this security is trading, but we can place an order for you”!!! This seems ILLEGAL that Hyperion can’t sell His own shares of a Pink Current company!!!! I have to wait an hour on hold to request a sell order!!!!!? Wtf??????? Anybody know why this is????????

It seems to stop me at the last moment, thats why I am very keen to find a broker that can buy the shares. Maybe it going Pink Current yesterday will help. I am very bullish on the company

ARE you sure? RBC lets me buy even when they were in expert market but ask was 0.04 then and I was not ready to pay that

I was not able to buy through RBC, the company went pink current so that helps and perhaps its just time, but searching for a brokers that can trade it.

I think I missed it already. I emailed him back in December and he told me they were working on a project.

The ask was at 0.04 in EM but now at 0.08…no way I am paying that.

Contemplated buying 0.04 but felt it was too expensive.Guess I was wrong


Bid extremely low so hopefully it pulls it down. We will see.

hmm..not sure about that. I could have pumped it 7 months ago, and didn't. I sold some on the surprise move after waiting for months (and being way down in it).

It is a legitimate possible mover, but when it appeared to me that this recent move was stalling I exited the rest.

I pumped up the DD that others didn't know about that shows a big future move is possible. Yes, I sold the rest after the market didn't seem impressed enough, but that's just how it goes.

Now, watch it really take off! :) Best to you!
