Nah it’s not the shell + limited! Hyperion owns several companies marked as shell (SGOO and CHWE), they are expert market, bought prior to SEC rule change!! Hyperion can still sell those, but not AUTR…!!! This trading restriction happened with AUTR during the custodian court process!!!! Hyperion suspects it has something to do with previous CEO!!!!! Hopefully they are trying to cancel his 30 million shares!!!!!!
