Hi Leap, wake up, winter is over! How would you modify AIM so it could follow a trend in a stock? How about using ether a long term Stochastic Oscillator or a long term Williams %R.

You could set up HI and LOW percentage points, as long as the stock price stays between them you AIM as normal. If the stock price steps outside the percentage points, you would halt normal AIMing until the stock price steps back inside the percentage points.

Hi leapyear,
Click on Hot! in the top bar and it should list all of the boards that have activity. The MKTSS board is where I have been hanging out most of the time. Tom has a couple of AIM boards here but this one is out of the loop. If you click on Top Boards after Hot! it will list the most active boards. There are a lot of posters moving over here from SI. Take a look around as there have been a lot of Great boards added in the last year. We have also refined the MKTSS board a little more. Glad to see that you are back. I hope that all has been well.
