Now the ad agency loves their prograsmming and they are building out their back office to handle the deluge of ads to come starting in June. You get it these guys dont. They dont understand and cannot see the forest".
When all is said and done about the 10K, and then we all read it and realize all it is .......is a rehash of our previous year.............why look back ?
Lets look at our bright future ahead and that is the next 10Q which is filed 45 days after said Quarter which also means old news except for the dangling carrot called "Subsequent events" imho..........

No update on printers, maybe it wasn't sent.
$GFTX has all the financial proofs at the printer right now and the XBRL tagging being done now on the 10-K and the 10-Qs for 2021.

$AHRO the one item that we were down to has been rectified and reconciled. For confirmations need to be signed and we should be good to go tomorrow afternoon to file with the printer and start coding the xbrl. So it will be published more than likely on Monday or Tuesday if I can get the printers to work over the weekend.

$AHRO Exactly, he has zeroed in on a money maker, that market is exploding as people cut the cable, I am one of them!
There are a lot of factors in play here, good content can = huge revenues, and the other business segments he retained have a possibility for profit, with “The NFT Mint Farm” being least likely because the market is so competitive and oversaturated, but time will soon tell.
And NOW, with a professional comprehensive financial audit completed, I am hopeful the filing issue is put to rest for good as it is one of the corporation's foundation supports.

Like he said Maybacks is the core for now that will support every other opportunity we have by giving rise to free marekting and advertising to a global audience of over 500 MM viewers. At 68 years old he outworks everyone around him. All OTC companie should have a guy with his never quit work ethic. He could have folded this many times. He is still here and with a powder keg of opportunity

2024 is a new/different year and things, and people can and do change, also, I would rather have millions and millions in revenues vs an on-time filing.
Without sales you have nothing, get it! I am not happy about the delay but if I had to choose 1, short term that's it.

I can remember being in your shoes years ago.......when things got tough I would blame others as it was easy and felt good.........but then as time moved forward I learned that it was my greed and fear that was the bad guy..............and soon after.......... things began to come together as my self imposed 20% rule took effect.
