We are down to one item which is the purchase and the accounting of the "Goliath Motion Pictures" acquisition and how the auditor wants it recorded. Solved the issue and waiting for SEC attorney to get the paperwork done so it can be signed. If there is anything else the auditor needs it would be benign. Will report at the end of day to everyone.
