Sorry to here that John. It is really sad when someone is so sick, and yet have no choice when it comes to some of the meds they are given. Some of them way more harmful than helpful. I know with my brother every time they gave him a new drug he was out for a day at a time. That was one less day to be with us. Not to mention when he did wake up he was very confused. God Bless your friends.
Just wondering if anyone else has this issue when buying acbff. I add cash to my account, but have to wait 3 days before i can purchase any shares. I can buy other stocks without waiting. I added $ on Friday, but probably won't let me buy more till Thursday. Is this because it is US, or for everyone?
Great story, Ingsbling, thanks for sharing with us.
Right now I am helping two of my old childhood buddies... suddenly both of them ended up in the same hospital ward suffering with cancer... we are all on the pension, but the doctors will not give my friend cannabis healing... even CBD is illegal where I am.... but that will all change here in Europe when Germany begins producing plant product.
I think it's just getting more buying pressure. Three of the major companies in Canada are all trending the same direction at the same time.
Kinda odd
I'm glad I loaded up on this while it was still cheap. Great company with great potential. Show me some green!!!!
I can't wait till we do have it legalized. My brother had cancer (sadly passed now) he was so sick. Here i am asking my nieces and nephews to see if they could get him some marijuana(they are in their 20's for the record) from anywhere so he could eat and calm down. It really worked so well for his anxiety and he was able to eat as well as share a few laughs. My niece has anorexia they gave her all kinds of pills to get her to eat. She would just read the bottles, then refuse to take the pills. She was so thin that she did not get her period anymore and even told me that she could not have kids because of it. Well she started smoking it and slowly started to gain weight. Was able to go back to college and now 4yrs. later she just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Life changing! She did not smoke while pregnant i know because when i saw her she said that she was able to eat again because it was for the baby.
It could be that more and more people in the US and elsewhere are realizing that Canada is legalizing recreational use. I'm in my late 20's and live in southern California, and none of my buddies here had a clue.
Don't get me wrong here... I am long and am excited about this current rally, I am however curious as to why with no news.... (correct me if I'm wrong). Could it be some kind of manipulation to firm up the price before a whack of shares from the Germany deal become unrestricted?
Less than 2 weeks from now I think..
Thoughts anyone...
Agree,
America, is not ready yet, but I am here to tell you as an American we will not stop working too get it completely legalized, Canada is very smart, they stand to make a hell lot of tax money.
Having said that I can only hope they wake up and smell the profit, and what it could mean for getting us out of this dept. load we been carrying around for to many years.
Anyway I'm sure you get me about al that, I do love my Canadian stocks I going to do pretty well in the coming years.
Glen aka Bigman
Hell yeah this is what we need to see daily...
I believe if you hang on to this one for a couple of years you will be seeing lots of GREEN!
I'll tell you one thing it's so good to see green and I'm above my purchase price so nothing else could be said but good on this one...

American stocks not a good idea here. Lots of drug busts going on in many states out west. These so called legal state status is BS. Feds are not okay and everyday reading about crackdowns by the feds. So i am with my legal neighbors in the north. ACBFF is king.
why don't they show target for ACBFF though? thanks

VANCOUVER, Aug. 31, 2017 /CNW/ – Aurora Cannabis Inc. (“Aurora” or the “Company”) (TSX: ACB) (OTCQX: ACBFF) (Frankfurt: 21P; WKN: A1C4WM) is pleased to provide the following operational update:
Continued Strong Patient Growth
As of August 28, 2017, Aurora has surpassed 19,000 active and pending registered patients less than 20 months after the Company’s first product sale in January, 2016. Aurora added approximately 3,000 patients during the months of July and August, 2017.
New Monthly Revenue and Sales Records
Aurora is on track to set a new monthly revenue record, projecting gross revenues for cannabis sales in Canada and Germany to exceed $3.0 million for August 2017. In Canada, the Company anticipates selling more than 275,000 grams or gram equivalents of cannabis products, and shipping approximately 15,000 orders this month. Both figures represent new highs for Aurora. Exceptional demand for the Company’s cannabis oil products has proven to be a significant revenue driver, with sales now representing approximately 26% of gross revenues.
Pedanios Update
Pedanios, Aurora’s 100% owned German subsidiary, reported on its progress
Pedanios continues to grow revenues successfully, leveraging its access to supply from its existing partners in Canada and the Netherlands. At the same time, the organization has built record order backlog. Pedanios anticipates being able to introduce Aurora-grown product onto the German market in September, which will allow it to better meet this exceptional demand.
Pursuing further growth, Pedanios is actively progressing discussions regarding entry into other European jurisdictions.
Preparations for the organization’s tender for a domestic cultivation license remain on track, including detailed planning for the first ever indoor cannabis cultivation facility in Germany. Results of the tender process are expected before the end of 2017.
Cann Group Completes First Harvest, Signs Vaporizer Licensing & Distribution Agreement
Cann Group, in which Aurora holds a 19.9% stake, and which is the first company in Australia to be licensed to conduct research on and cultivate medical cannabis, recently reported two major milestones
Cann Group successfully completed the harvest of its first cultivation cycle of medicinal cannabis at the company’s Southern facility in Victoria. Cann is producing medicinal cannabis for manufacturing into a final product that can be accessed by patients via clinical trials, or through the TGA’s Authorised Prescriber or Special Access Scheme. Cann Group completed a licensing and distribution agreement with CannaKorp, Inc. to import and sell the Cannacloud vaporizing device and to produce medical cannabis pods to be used with it. The original press release can be accessed here: http://bit.ly/2xLh1TQ
Wholesale Supply Agreement Secured
Aurora has secured an agreement to purchase a significant volume of wholesale product from a licensed producer of high quality cannabis, to help satisfy extremely high demand and support continued rapid sales growth. The additional supply, which will be designated on the Aurora product menu as “Aurora Certified”, will be tested and cleared by Anandia Labs. Anandia continues to be the laboratory of choice for Aurora, as they consistently achieve the testing requirements that meet the Aurora Standard for production practices and product quality. Further details regarding this supply agreement will be disclosed in the coming weeks.
Appointment of John Barnet as Chief Cultivator
The Company has promoted John Barnet to the role of Chief Cultivator, reporting to the Vice President of Production. Mr. Barnet joined Aurora in February 2016, and his experience, skill set and attitude have made him a key contributor in establishing the Aurora Standard as the industry benchmark for the large-scale cultivation of pesticide and gamma irradiation-free, premium quality cannabis.
Mr. Barnet, an honours graduate from the Canadian College of Osteopathy, was a nationally ranked rock-climber, is currently a sponsored ambassador for Kebbek Skateboards and Orangatang Wheels, and has completed several world tours as a professional long boarder in the World Cup of Downhill Skateboarding.
Aurora Sky Construction Update
Construction of the Company’s new 800,000 square foot, 100,000+ kg per annum Aurora Sky production facility at Edmonton International Airport (“EIA”) is progressing well. Daily, 80-100 construction and installation workers are on site. Site supervision, co-ordination and general contracting have been awarded to Dawson Wallace Construction and David Robinson Construction, who are supported on-site on a daily basis by the Company’s international engineering, construction and supply partners PB Techniek, Kubo, Codema and Verkade.
To date, 250,000 square feet of greenhouse structure has been erected, 80% of which with glass fully installed. Of a total of 17 planned growing bays, six have been erected, with two out of three vegetative rooms standing. Deep services (water and gas) are 70% complete, while the electrical ring is nearly half complete. To date 120 out of 500 total required sea-cans have been received on-site, with up to a further 100 presently in transit across the Atlantic. Providing another indication of the scale of the project, construction of the water reservoir has been completed, which will hold 17,000 m3 of water, equivalent to nearly 7 Olympic-sized swimming pools.
With the project progressing well, management reiterates its expectation of having plants growing in the facility before the end of 2017, with completion of the Aurora Sky construction anticipated in the first half of 2018.
Québec Production Facility Update
Construction upgrades are nearly complete at Aurora’s Pointe-Claire, Québec facility. Internal design and construction have been conducted specifically to ensure the facility meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. The Aurora cultivation team has validated breeding and selection for approximately a dozen new strains of cannabis to be grown in Pointe-Claire. This will further enhance the Company’s market offering to clients. The Company expects that production at the facility will commence before the end of 2017.

Increasing the os is the problem. That needs to stop.
This pig is about to drop like a rock. Just a hunch as there's NO INTEREST LEFT..
Good long term play
Anybody with any thoughts on Ithuf Ianthus Capital?
Jrseyrhino@aol.com Thanks
I have been hammering away for the past year at the Financial Times that they are not reporting / treating the canna sector in a serious way. About 3 weeks ago I got two emails (customer service + editorial) that they would look into my complaints against the FT. And today I am happy:
Legalised marijuana is creating a property boom in towns hoping to find a pot of gold...
https://www.ft.com/content/62c35d82-832e-11e7-94e2-c5b903247afd
Depending on who you are, where you live and what your risk aversion is, cannabis law in the US can be pretty much whatever you make of it. Under the federal Controlled Substances Act of 1970, marijuana is classified as a Schedule I substance, which defines it as having an elevated risk of dependency and no medical use or benefit. As a result, the possession, growing or use of marijuana is a federal crime, punishable by fines or prison.
Yet a growing number of states — at present more than half the total — have legalised marijuana in some shape or form. Some states and even the District of Columbia, home to the White House and the US Congress, have legalised the use of cannabis for adult recreational purposes.
In spite of this glaring conflict between state and federal law, most cannabis operations in states that have legalised cannabis, and that adhere to their specific state’s regulations, have been able to operate without any problem. The reason, many investors believe, comes down to increasing federal pragmatism defined, most recently, by a 2013 memorandum issued by James Cole, then US deputy attorney-general, stating that a “robust” enforcement system could concentrate on “replacing an illicit marijuana trade that funds criminal enterprises with a tightly regulated market in which revenues are tracked and accounted for”.
trading was halted do to pending news on joint venture with radiant. No worries.
This company is so impressive> #1
Lol you must not know this stock is traded in Canada and is on the TSX not pink sheets
Fluff Nuts, there is NO INTEREST, NO VOLUME, sustained... this stink pink is headed in 1 direction for now, down! No confident construction numbers or harvest numbers. See ya at $1.60's a little later than I thought, but soon enough. Am certainly glad my monies are compounding elsewhere in vix and oil plays! PPffffsst! GLTA
House health committee to reconvene early to study pot bill
http://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/house-health-committee-to-reconvene-early-to-study-pot-bill-1.3558731
The House of Commons is set to reconvene for its fall sitting the week of Sept. 18, but the committee of MPs will be back to hear witnesses starting on Sept. 11 and through Sept. 15.
"Our focus will be on the health impacts," Casey said, though the bill does include criminal justice elements.
The details of the hearings have yet to be made public, but it’s expected the list of witnesses the committee plans to hear from will be long, and will include physicians, psychologists, marijuana producers, medical marijuana users, potential retailers, and Health Canada officials.
This is all part of a maturation process and positioning for growth. Going to painful at times.

Cannabis expert starts hunger strike
Rüthen: On August 17, 2017, the German cannabis expert Franjo Grotenhermen entered an indefinite hunger strike. The objective of refusing to accept any food is to decriminalize all citizens who need cannabis to treat their serious diseases.
So weird. Just for me, then. Even my symbol changed for a few moments. None of my data is updating on this one still. I'm trading about 10 other stocks and all are updating perfectly.
Went on the otcmarket and didn't see it halted.
Honestly I think every stock will have a sell off on that date everyone's waiting for. I hope I'm wrong. And this doubles
Financials should be out soon, they are due on 9/28.
Last quarter ended March 31 and it was record revenues of 5.2 million compared to .2 million end of q3 2016
So this quarter we should see another record revenue gain, May alone was 2.4 million thanks to new patients and the biggest factor OIL sales.
I am looking for avg. of 2.5-2.8 million revenue per month this quarter. If we see that then our PPS will POP to over 3 easy IMO

I wonder how many shares the company is selling?
They should do a PR indicating they have no exposure to the U.S
Got to hold till July 2018. Don't expect much movement until then.
Thanks, 10gbyt3r.
Very valuable information you have unearthed here... good idea to directly contact investor relations... good DD. again thanks.
