I got caught up listening to the whole thing again . Glenn mentions something about it near the end of his financial remarks. Glenn is just after the opening remarks.

They changed their quarterly/eoy as they mentioned in the last earnings. I believe the last earnings was a month earlier and set this one a month later to June.... I would need to go back for the details myself. Supposedly it was another cost savings to make the change
When are finicial going to be reported?
Looks like our sky facility is doing something productive

Finally safe is getting discussed! I have a feeling it's passing the senate this time.
Yep. I would wait and see what things look like after their next earnings, which I think is around May 11th. I'm hoping we see why bevo was a good buy for us as they claimed we are in their profitable time frame of a year. I've been very disappointed about Isreal as we had a large sale a while back and nothing since. Others in Canada are selling to Isreal. ACB has alot going on, but you are correct, not sure if any short term catalyst exists
Weedisgreen, Ive been in and out of ACB and always at a loss, but each time I told myself it was a good move. Now, yea, it's cheap and not as much to loose, but ACB situation is not even close to promising as the other times I bought. Only reason I would buy would be to avenge my past losses.but need to see spark that tells me it's possible ... don't see that at the moment.
So I wonder if they will come back! I think it was 2018 or 2019 when we did business in Italy. https://www.benzinga.com/amp/content/31991802
So at least we know the dilution is getting used to pay off our debt and not buying hotels in NYC. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/aurora-repurchases-22-million-principal-amount-of-convertible-notes-saving-1-2-million-in-annualized-interest-payments-and-leaving-79-million-us59-of-notes-outstanding-balance-sheet-remains-among-strongest-in-canadian-ca-301806008.html
Maybe you are talking about most of the Canadian Industry? This company has plenty of shares to sell still, as do most. They turned the ship around a while back, claimed ebita positive last earnings. They need to get their internal costs down. They sold off alot of assets, but they have a unique situation going on with their sky facility with bevo. Still a high risk here, just like tilray and cgc, imo acb is a better company than cgc, but cgc has a very strong partnership. Tilray is still on a spending spree. My opinion is Acb will go up when medical gets legalized in the USA. Acb is already in Germany, where Germany will be legal this year as well(its a small rollout, but it's a start). Many investors have averaged down, I'm not till I see a better spark. If I was new here, I'd probably toss in a little at this price, or wait till they figure out what they plan on doing about being under 1$ on the NASDAQ
Does ACB still exists? Thought they ran out of $$$? What is the status?
"If Berlin legalizes cannabis, it could create one of the largest markets worldwide – but some legal issues need to be clarified first"

They had to learn their lesson the hard way.
Positive "adjusted EBITDA" doesn't count for anything
http://archive.fast-edgar.com/20230327/A7Z2G22CZ22B82Z222292WZZGQQ8SZUS4252/ex991.htm
"Daines said recently that the original plan was to reintroduce the SAFE Banking Act before the Senate’s Easter recess—but the timing has become less certain after a recent banking collapse that has distracted the attention of members of the relevant committee of jurisdiction.
The senator made the new comments on the same day that a coalition of cannabis industry associations sent a letter to Senate Banking Committee leadership, urging a swift action on the bipartisan banking legislation, which has cleared the House multiple times in past sessions only to stall in the Senate."
There’ll be a special place in hell for Cam and Terry…absolutely disgraceful how they ran this company into the ground.
This is what happens when you tout phony "Adjusted EBITDA" numbers. They hyped it for years.
Their main business is still selling shares, not product
Another 1 billion shares dilution at the current prices

I wonder how much they will be bonused on this
Nice of them to sneak it in over a weekend
Good news coming our way, being we have a physical presence.

$ACB has $226.08M debt
This is just a question and indication of nothing such as rumor.... would it make sense for any usa company likde ayrwf to get in bed with acb once medical gets legalized at the fed level/usa? As all the usa ones are listed on the otc and they would be looking to uplist anyway once they could. Aurora does have a good medical footprint as well. I only mentioned ayrwf because I own them as well.
It's time for them to get bought out
Not too much longer until acb gets its non compliance letter from the nasdaq. With no bottom support I wonder if we will be around 25 cents soon. Reverse split probability within 180 days if things don't change
Yeah, definitely a shame. Sky better be showing the $ and they better show more results overall on this upcoming earnings. We did better, but not good enough. I'm hoping they are not running to make a new ATM machine as if I recall one was running out soon. We will see! Sadly I am bullish because all my stocks in this industry should fly if medical in the USA happens as well as Germany. Because cronos and cgc turned into big turds with larger investors, many in tbis sector are getting pulled down because of them.
More thoughts on "adjusted" EBITDA.
https://www.fool.com/investing/2023/03/09/heres-how-aurora-cannabis-finally-posted-an-adjust/
Seems to be following the pattern for most in this sector. I believe we are in the quarter they stated one of their aquasitions performs at its best (in sky). They have turned around, but as you stated, they need to now show real ebita. Pretty soon the real leaders are going to stand out. Everyone media wise watches cgc which was Lintons greatest accomplishment selling that turd. Because of their visibility and how awful they are doing, it doesn't help the rest.
Interesting move today bouncing off its all time low
All this makes me think it's finally starting. Some news dribbling both in the states and overseas. https://ca.internationalcbc.com/march-2023-is-set-to-be-a-historic-month-for-european-cannabis/
Germany legalization update:
https://internationalcbc.com/report-german-health-minister-confirms-timetable-for-cannabis-legalization/
60 years of gaslighting worked.
I feel the people in the US government have a brain disorder about cannabis. It's clearly scheduled wrong and they indirectly admit it when the keep stating its medical purposes. Yeah research, but others exist. https://hightimes.com/news/senate-panel-approves-cannabis-research-bill/
Very interesting and encouraging. Thank you. ACB
Looks more positive for sure. :)
