I was never comfortable with the information you have. I too read that a few weeks / months ago, couldn’t get
a documented paper solidifying the purchase. The Attis Industries site doesn’t mention it to my knowledge.

To add to the past posting: upon default of payment to GreenShift, Attis Industries will return the 80 % of the JVco business. GreenShift ihub site post #50855.


That form pertained to one of two preferred stock conversions filed by GreenShift against the $18,000,000 in Attis preferred stock issued in that transaction. The conversion was deemed to be a “purchase” under the applicable reporting rules, hence the form. Those shares were never cleared, deposited, or sold.

I'm counting on the Premium Animal Feed, Bio Diesel, and Carbon Fiber, as well.

I'm in for the long haul here. Got in when Scottrade/TD Ameritrade halted BUY of GERS. Bought a few thousand ATIS, before BUY was halted.

Online info states that the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series only uses 135,000 gallons per year. That alone isn’t enough to restart a 100 million gallon per year plant.

I’m still bullish on Attis. Forever the optimist.

I understand that Attis purchased the Fulton Plant from Sunoco; I believe that Sunoco Agreed to purchase Ethanol Fuel for NASCAR.

Perhaps but I’m not into speculation. I base my opinion on what people say they are going to do, and then evidence that they do those things.
I like integrity, and I personally see that in Jeff and the other board members.
A lot of shareholders were spooked when errors in the finances were exposed and they sought a new independent financial auditor, but that displayed integrity to me.

I’m optimistic also, yet a change in venue due to COVID-19 or whatever could have set it back. There is also a question if Jeff applied for a SMCCF loan as did his JVco partner?

I have no reason not to be optimistic. If in the council meeting they state the capacity as 7.5mgy and that they plan to upgrade to 15mgy and that this process will take 10 months, and it being 14 months since that meeting, then I am assuming it is now a 15mgy plant. After all, everything else they have said they wanted to do, they have done, just like the Fulton upgrade.

15 million gallon a year at the Clayton Biodiesel plant? I haven’t seen that documented anywhere. I called the Clayton town hall and inquired about the plants operation. The person I spoke to had no idea if it was operating. From a tax paying viewpoint that indicated the plant wasn’t in production ( no tax revenues). My call was a month or two ago.

Yes it would seem Attis is doing very well. The upgrade to 100mgy for Fulton, the purchase of Clayton, the upgrade of Clayton to 15mgy. The healthcare division has more products and is offering more services.

I hope we can avoid a class action. I am still optimistic it won’t come to that as Jeffy has put on record the company’s intentions many times.

It is the very reason I bought so many shares.
