15 million gallon a year at the Clayton Biodiesel plant? I haven’t seen that documented anywhere. I called the Clayton town hall and inquired about the plants operation. The person I spoke to had no idea if it was operating. From a tax paying viewpoint that indicated the plant wasn’t in production ( no tax revenues). My call was a month or two ago.
