Bottom line, the fact that this continues to firmly hold said circa $10.00 --- within a primarily-CRASHING Markets mise en scène --- suggests a rather STRONG fixation at that PRICE range. I.e., may soon get a sudden MERGER or ACQUISITION PR, Tweet, or Smoke Signal from a mountain top.
