Sorry so late getting back to you...but I AGREE! I'm TIRED! of the excuses as I can see you are....PLMA is starting to give the impression of using "deceptive practices" (PROMO's) to SELL stock...which IS! a SEC VIOLATION!
Let me know if you need input...

I ..AGAIN called PLMA' office, left a message concerning the whereabouts of my missing shares of BHWF. I left them a message that I will wait till next week to see those shares, or I will file a complaint. If this company is on the up and up..BHWF shares should have already been part of my investment.
Did anyone get their BHWF divi "this week"??
That news should help Steve and Brent dump shares but otherwise means nothing. They are losing millions of $$$$ per year of shareholder money. Form 4 filed. See Pink Sheets SEC filings.
"Brent Fouch and Steve Bonenberger will sell the 5,230,487 common shares in Palomar Enterprises, Inc. over a 90-day period beginning on 04/19/2007." "After the planned sale of all 5,230,487 common shares in Palomar Enterprises, Inc. is completed, Brent Fouch and Steve Bonenberger will own 3,769,513 common shares in Palomar Enterprises, Inc."
They still have what amounts to BILLIONS of shares of preferred stock to dump though. The preferred stock transfers at a rate of 1:100 to common if my memory is correct. All just IMO. Good luck.
HUGE NEWS!!!
CARLSBAD, Calif., April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Palomar Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PLMA - News), announces the successful completion of The Company's first scheduled Dividend Distribution to its shareholders. Shareholders of record as of March 8th, 2007 should receive their dividend this week. PLMA is on pace to increase revenue from under $1 million in 2006 to an estimated $10 Million in 2007. This growth is being accomplished by the sale of properties acquired, that have been renovated and placed on the market for sale, as well as through the enormous growth of The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, "The Blackhawk Fund". www.blackhawkfund.com
PLMA is actively investing in Foreclosed Residential Real Estate throughout the United States. The Company looks to purchase properties at 30% to 40% below market values, add cosmetic improvements and sell the properties at a profit. Palomar, a real estate and mortgage brokerage firm, has been operating this business model for the past 4 years and is increasing its foreclosure business due to the opportunity being presented by a surplus of financially distressed properties on the market.
Smart move with 99% of these pink piggies. Good luck.
Intersting. Thanks for the info. I knew they had some RS's in the past, but I only heard that from the some recent interview. I just discovered this one a few weeks back. I think Steve mentioned he doesn't want to RS anymore, but let the stock reflect their success.
I am pretty sure their PPS will flactuate between 0.011 - 0.04 this year
Personally, I made it a rule not to invest in anything. I take double baggers or less and move on. 50% - 100% is quite a good interest rate. I may miss the boat quiet a bit to the tripple+ baggers, but I am content that way.
Start up company ??? Yea after each reverse split LOL. What business model and direction have they changed ??? Still the same old Brent and Steve. All IMO. Good luck.
PS: Did anybody see the latest filing for BHWF ???

They would need to change owners too in my opinion.
It's a start-up in the sense that they changed business model and direction.
This is not a startup ...just check pinksheets and all the R/S. Did not scare me but these guys are a joke as a company....even in the penny world. Does not mean you cannot make money :) So for that I thank them.

I read that the companies don't have their act together on every single IHUB board. - LOL. A lot of start-ups run into unforseen complications. Divident distribution in the form of shares from a shell company they purchased requires a lot of paperwork and research. How do you find stockholders of record at a certain date and time, and sort out flippers at the same time so they don't get shares?
Both are lower. That is why I sold PLMA...I knew it would go lower. I did not think it would take this long to get the BHWF shares though. Typical
What was the share price on MARCH 6= 07 and now? By NOT giving the shares on time to investors holding PLMA, has this cost ME/YOU $$$ if we could have sold BHWF at that time, compared to what we would get say in a week from now ? Is this LEGAL to do, state shares of BHWF would be given to those who held shares of PLMA on a certain date, spike up PLMA at that time, and not deliver? I am sure BOTH stocks are not where they were say a month ago(price).
I am always relaxed...that is the good thing :). This company does not seem to have their act together nor do they answer any emails or calls. I was in this one for a few months and made some nice change since I knew it would run when the dividend was finally recorded but it sure took them long enough to get that part done. I assume this will take just as long but I do not care since I was not here for the divi anyway....but I will take it if they give it to me.
GLTY and all in this issue
Dave
1st Quarter Earnings should be out in the next couple weeks and you should see the stock move upward. I believe the dumpoff after dividend date has already happened. Volumne has been lite as off late and the longterm holders are adding to there portfolio.
That can happen. HISC ran into the same problem last year. They didn't anticipate all the complications involved to distribute Evans shares after they bought the company, and investors finally received shares after the third attempt three months later. As long as their working on it in "good faith", the SEC isn't going to do nothing.
Just relax and sit back. The pps will flactuate and we will see a nice upward movement.
The best is that March the 6th was the x date but of course they are going to screw everyone in the process since it was never filed. I will need to submit a complaint to the SEC if this is the case since it was clearly stated in the PR
Palomar Enterprises Updates Shareholders on Status of Dividend
CARLSBAD, Calif., April 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Palomar Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PLMA), today announced that the dividend of stock of their wholly-owned subsidiary, The Blackhawk Fund (OTC Bulletin Board: BHWF) will be paid to shareholders within the next two weeks. There have been delays getting the dividend paid to shareholders. The dividend was supposed to be automatically paid on 28 March, 2007 however, this did not occur because the Company is working with its transfer agent to verify the list of shareholders to be certain of rightful ownership as of the effective date (March 8, 2007).
The stock has been made available to the transfer agent to be paid out. The company is working to make sure that those that deserve the dividend receive it in a timely manner. The company wants to ensure that only the legitimate shareholders as of the record date receive the dividend of The Blackhawk Fund. The company anticipates paying another dividend in June of this year and is working to have the system in place so that payment occurs in a timely manner.
If you are unhappy let me know when your selling the shares and I will buy them all.........
I have not recieved mine
0.011? LOW volume==> 112 thousand? What is with this company? Also, has anyone received their shares of BHWF yet? Please tell me this isn't another RIP off SCAM?
WHERE is the "run"? All I see is a "retreat". Is this stock worth keeping, even with the BHWF offering? Why the drop today? Low volumne on both.
yes, I wonder too, if some have get their BHWF shares yet?
somebody?
thanx...
I was wondering if that would make sense if we get those shares as a dividend anyway?
I can see this having an awesome run to 0.02 Monday. This thing will be back at around 0.04 very soon - I have no doubt.
Everyone left when the stock price fell after the 10k. Myself, I got in way back when this was .009 dumped some to get back my cost at .042 and are hanging tight to the rest. I see good things happening with this stock.
PLMA had a sweet day yesterday I excpect it should continue its upward momentum..
I mean for the other company to pay for outstanding shares of GBDX sounds iffy.
GBDX is debt free as far as my DD has shown
Hope your not getting screwed. I don't trust those buyouts. The last thing the take-over company has in mind is paying the debts of GBDX in the form of outstanding shares.
Hmm, so PLMA didn't release the dividend? I got out of this stock when it was much higher, before the date of record. Was thinking of buying back in soon and to has been dropping. Will have to do some more research.
Yea, PLMA will rise like it did today. Wait, it FELL.
There really isn't anything. Yes they have alot of outstanding shares. However most are restricted I believe. On the other hand the quarter ends tonight and I expect both PLMA and BHWF to surpass any expectations. This stock will rise again and stay there.
The stock will spike up and down irratically while slowly showing upward movement IMO. Of cause, there will be selling going on when the spikes reach the top, and the company will be selling shares to use the investor's money to reinvest in real estate. This is the whole point here - isn't it? It takes sometimes up to six months to do re-models. What do you guys expect? Buy, remodel, sell, and make profit over night?
I worked with A1 Custom Construction in LA, CA. We turned old homes into luxury homes in Brentwood, Westwood, Malibu, Beverly Hills, etc. We were in there for months at a time. After that the realtors were ready to show the house. Than came the buyers.
It's kind of counter productive to invest and bash at the same time. All the new investors are looking for information and comfort in their decision making to purchase this stock, and ultimately they read our posts here. The negativity is not helping the PPS. The way I see it, look at the 3 mo chart. What's there to bitch about?
I received a phone call today from PLMA, concerning those dividend shares of BHWF we are to receive. I was informed, anyone owning shares of PLMA as of the March 8 date, would be receiving as of March 28, those dividend shares of BHWF with in a week of that date. I was surprised to have actually gotten a reply. Maybe there is hope here. Good to know, they care about their investors. Hopefully the stock will turn upward at some point, and if they are for real..I will be buying more.
I received a phone call today from PLMA, concerning those shares of BHWF we are to receive.
I recieved a call from Palomar on my cell phone and missed it... Trying again to get ahold of them.....
0.013<== THIEVES. WHERE are our BHWF shares? SEC will start gettin calls. HOW DOES JAIL TIME SOUND CEO?
gh,
just someone returning the favor i've done too many times in my life. I hope it was 10 different people so the risk got spread out like our subprimes...
thanks, good luck to you too,
buddy
Misleading post or a misleading CEO of PLMA. It's March 29. Weren't we supposed to receive shares of BHWF by now? I hope this company isn't a scam, and if so, they will be looking at a stock channel from behind bars.
Dividend.....
Any news dividend. It was my understanding it was to be paid yesterday. Or is this another misleading post....
Good for you marianothis. Glad you made a few bucks off of this. I feel sorry to the poor fellow you dumped your shares on though. Good luck in all of your investments.
gh,
i don't know where all the pumpers went but it's good to know the basher is still here. i know, you are here for our sake, right. if i listened to you i would have missed exiting at .042 as i wouldn't have bought at .006. this is ugly now and time to hit the remove button on my favorite threads page.
regards longs, good luck, buddy
Good luck to all the investors in PLMA and BHWF. I did not come here to bash your investment but just to share what I know about these guys. Everybody do their own DD and make up their own minds. There is one other thing I would like to ask though. Where have all the pumpers gone ???? Good luck again in all your investments and good night to all.
This is down right ugly. I was taken in by these low OS low floaters and all the great news. didnt take them long to show different colors
I called this company(after 4 pm eastern), and spoke to a secretary there. I asked about PLMA concerning a possible reverse split, more shares being added to the market, and the shares promised that shareholders were going to receive if they owned PLMA. I was told that the message would be relayed and I would be getting a phone call back concerning it. I am holding me breath and turning blue(6:20 pm).( I did leave my home phone).
FORM 10-KSB for PLMA and BHWF looks terrible IMO. Will they stay in business without selling shares and reverse spliting again. Read it for yourselves. The owners Brent and Steve are doing fine though as usual. All IMO. Good luck.
