Quick easy movement on light volume. Looks good.
Matter of time
oops! I mean I'm gonna go. LOL
Anyone still following this company? I've owned it forever and road it to the ground, but there is still some activity going on and they recently filed an 8-k revoking their bankruptcy, just wondering if anyone is or has heard what's going on.
you should be proud .. at least you caught on now.
it seems some of still not caught on. Look at the volume and how much we up. don't make sense,.
dlewisfl, I did make some coin. Snuck in on Thursday and picked up a few more on Friday!
:)
Thanks!
Not to proud, but I've to admit you are right and I made a huge mistake.
This is what happens when you rush into things.
I'll have to write it off as a lesson and get on to bigger and better things.
I wish you all the best !
John
johnvro: Sorry .. any *EXPERIENCED* trader in pennies knows to do some DD before taking the plunge. It would have taken all of five minutes to know it was a different Americhip, they are in completely different industries and located 2,000 miles from eachother. It's as clear-cut as I have posted, and has been researched by others. Some penny tout sheet believed that the company making the screens was ACII.PK even though the article was wrong (the article listed it as ACII.OB). The tout sheet pumped it up on twitter and people jumped in without verifying the facts.
Now if you are convinced there is more than meets the eye here, please enlighten everyone as to how ACII is going to escape bankruptcy and reward the shareholders. Please show any evidence that these two companies are related.
Your conviction sounds like hope to me.
I knew years ago something was not right with ACHI/ACII, after initially believing they were the real deal. After a few red flags with these types of outfits, the gig is usually up. I've made some good money off them solely because some pump-and-dump outfit lured in some bagholders, I haven't traded here in a while 'cept to gamble at being on the right side of the bid/ask. This latest event made me some more money, a lot more than usual. Anyone who got in on this small screen PR is destined to lose their money IMO, unless the ACTUAL PUBLIC COMPANY somehow escapes bankruptcy. Not likely....
You sound a bit emotional and frustrated, are you sure it's not You who's on the losing end of this POS ?
I may be a "newbie" in your eyes; To this board yes, far from it when it comes to trading.
We're all in this "game" to make money and for that reason I hope you too will make the right moves.
I'm still convinced that more is going on with ACII than meets the eye.
That it's confusing I agree, that it's as clear cut as you put it I doubt.
GLTA
johnvro: ROTFLMAO!!!
I've been following ACII for years, newbie. I knew very well it was a mistake from the get-go. Of course, that didn't stop me from making some money on the gaffe ... probably got yours!
The only chance for this to make new highs is for the Americhip in Michigan to come out of bankruptcy, and there is little chance of that. What's it like owning a bankrupt machine shop you thought made little TV screens?
I hope for you that you did your DD with more accuracy then you did using HTML code.
ACII, IMO will explode to new highs, it's just a matter of time.
GLTA
If you were right, this stock would have crashed by now, something is up and I think you know it.
unfortunately, no one reads the past posts on this board - we were alerting that this was a mistake Friday morning...empathically - most wouldn't listen....told us we didn’t like making money – ummm, no…we don’t like watching others lose thier shirts....
johnvro: LOL!!!!!!!!!!
It is SIMPLY AMAZING</B> how little DD people do before putting their money into a penny stock. SIMPLY AMAZING!
For all you guys/gals who did zero DD and bought this on a tout sheet pump, or a news article that was a mistake, hope you learned your lesson. I'm sure some momo players made some cash here ... congrats!
Sit back and relax and watch this stock reach new highs today.
IMO all indications are it will once profit taking is finished.
Brace yourself !

Video-in-Print Killed the Media Star?
Posted August 20th, 2009 by theStockMasters... in Financial News
CBS (CBS) will insert thousands of tiny screens into magazine Entertainment Weekly (TWX). Each of the screens, which can play 40 minutes of clips from CBS shows, probably cost in the "low teens." The company that makes these amazing battery-powered-ads is privately held Americhip Inc. from Los Angeles, CA they call it 'Video-in-Print'. I know, if only you could buy into Americhip, we want to as well.
First up, Americhip Inc. is not that shady OTC stock trading today for under a penny, how about $0.0008. AmeriChip International Inc. (OTC:ACII) from Clinton Township, MI is not Americhip Inc. that is all the buzz for their Video-in-Print technology.
Via cNet.com -- Here are some more details about the Americhip technology: the screen, which is 2.7 millimeters thick, has a 320x240 resolution. The battery lasts for about 65 to 70 minutes, and can be recharged, believe it or not, with a mini USB cord--there's a jack on the back of it. The screen, which uses thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT LCD) technology, is enforced by protective polycarbonate. It's a product that has been in development at Americhip for about two years, spokesman Tim Clegg told CNET News via e-mail.
"It's leadership in innovation, which we really stress at CBS in every part of our company," Schweitzer said of the ads, which were developed with the collaboration of the Ignition Factory, a division of the Omnicom Group's OMD media agency.
All the Masters care about is will Americhip go public, let's hope so.

Here's some DD on what really happened (as posted on RB):
http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=ACII&read=22213
rockie101: Guess again ... there are two different Americhip's and the public company is *NOT* the one making these screens.
At this point, only one thing matters.
IT'S UP!
Besides, in case you haven't noticed, ACII in not even
a warm topic on ihub, yet they traded 130+ million shares
just on Friday???
Something is in the Works~
I'm not going to espouse to be an expert...but I would argue that the Company is POS....but it has a highly and I do mean highly favorable share structure...and is great for both a Cyclical MoMo play and if it Pops...it may not stop...and I can't imagine that many news outlets would get the symbol wrong....it's funny though.
I actually thought that would have happened either
Thursday or Friday.
Since it did not, this tells me that something else must
be in the works.
This is just speculation on my behalf.
I have only just begun to read the IHUB posts and other
boards concerning this Company and the possible
potential.
Good Luck with what ever it is you do~
Timmy, some things just don't matter right now.
The stock ran for two days now.
A Play is a Play.
I'm not concerned with what news came out and
apparently, neither is the Market.
Looks like the Company will not enter BK from the
looks of the current action.
Jump in anytime!!!
:)
i suspect many hindenburg type disasters will be occuring.
Not the same company as I'm sure you know:
http://www.americhip.com/
I really don't know, but Market reacted one day prior and wthstood the next
day's profit taking.
Not to mention the B/A stayed at 0022 X .0023
Should be interesting indeed!
:)
It's going to be an interesting day tomorrow.
Anybody care to speculate on what we'll see at the opening bell ?
GLTA !
rockie101, what if everything here was shear coincidence?
What is what the posters were right back? In June, what if they were onto this as being "resurrected" in a very profitable way in the very near future?
What if the future is now?
Here's an interesting note as well.
IHUBBERS were not the MAJOR BUYERS over the last two days.
It barely got noticed on Thursday and very little on Friday.
Hell, no one is even posting about it now! LOL!
We (iHubbers) only got a very small percentage of the shares of the 225(+/-) million that were traded on Thursday and Friday.
Just look at the Charts;
We could very well be into the pennies before iHub even takes notice!
The Bid/Ask held real nice as well.
Hang on Rockie!
Something tells me that this is going to Breakout Big Time!
:)
rockie101, I did the same thing! LOL! I was just about to sell at a profit, then had second thoughts!
LOL~
Hope so...just got 200,000 shares....started to sell at a big loss...but pulled my order before it filled
rockie101, I don't know for sure, but it sure as hell looks like it! LOL!
Looks like the Market thinks it's correct. Look at the Volume and the facts that it did not crash AND that the Bid/Ask is still .0022 X .0023
I think we are in for a Major Run here!!!
So is that us the public company or not ?
AmeriChip International Inc. (OTC:ACII) ascended 133.33% up to $0.0007 with a massive volume of 24,149,344 at midday, on news the company has developed and manufactured the first ever high quality video and audio to print technology which allows readers to watch video content from printed material via AmeriChip’s proprietary paper-thin interactive video player. To market their fall television line-up, CBS is the first to release the ground-breaking VIP player, which is so thin and robust it can withstand binding machines and postal delivery. The blitz requires that CBS has partnered with Pepsi Max to capitalize on the advertising innovation. Based in Los Angeles, California, Americhip, is a lead designer, developer and manufacturer of video, audio and lighted microchip products and dimensional print for publishing, packaging, direct mail, shopper marketing, premiums and specialty gift cards.
If the story just had the name of the company I could some what see the screw up...but with the call letters.... look like someone would see that and say wait... that's not us ...we are a private co. Could be some posters missed the run and put this out to pull the PPS back....again if the article was not true there was plenty of time for the PPS to fall back to where it started at .0009.....I hope everything is on the ups and ups cause I'm in for 200,000 shares average .0039.
rock... something smells here, for sure. this pig was up
283% at the close with almost 140 million shares moved.
check the time of the post prior to yours. its like 130 in the afternoon. you mean to tell me NO ONE had anything to talk about on this board??
plus the chart in the ibox doesnt give any info it typically does. more or less looks flatlined.
truthfully i dont know if its a scam or not, i just took a look later in the day.
but, the price and activity sure doesnt reflect scam.
I don't think this story would have been released with the stock symbol and all that.... without it being checked and true .
5MM share purchase..... Somthing is up!
!
ACII is doing that:
AmeriChip International, Inc. uses a patented Laser Assisted Chip Control (LACC) process for dry machining. ACII enables lower cost, higher quality clean manufacturing by using environmentally friendly, patented technologies.
The Company is focused on the worldwide dry machining parts market, particularly the multi-billion dollar metal turning segment for machining steel parts in industries such as Oil Pipe, Military, Heavy Equipment, Large Truck, Wind Energy, Farm Implements, and Automotive.
and NOT .... that ---> http://www.americhip.com/
that link you gave doesnt belong to ACII
The company which is mentioned in the article is located in Los Angeles.
19032 South Vermont Ave
Los Angeles ,CA 90248
NOW check for ACII...
Unfortunately, when word gets out we will see much more than a pull-back - some people who are buying here are going to get killed....uggghhh...it is like watching two trains about to collide and all you can do is watch,...
