Medinah Gold was a spin off dividend from Medinah Minerals years ago. Those who were shareholders of Medinah Minerals received shares in Medinah Gold a long time ago and that company never traded. Now that Medinah Minerals is in the process of a purchase agreement for the Altos de Lipangue property they are doing something with this non trading shell. The merger between Medinah Gold and AMNP has nothing to do with the properties that Medinah Minerals holds but look for some other properties to be brought in to this new merged entity. This is a wait and see before there is much else to comment on. The real play is going to be MDMN Medinah Minerals then lets see what comes out of some of these associated companies. Kirk

Ya know, sometimes I think Guyer is just sick of people being able to buy his company at such a low price. Do you know what I mean? Its like adding to the A/S puts a lid on the whole thing. Who is going to look at the stock with that type of AS??? Which is what his intent may be all along. Making people wait and open there wallet after the permit is issued and seeing value they will start to buy at a higher price versus buying at this really low price and then waiting for the price to go up. Perhaps after the permit issue is laid to rest he will adjust the A/S back down.

I think this whole thing is going to play out after the 11th of Aug. Its just my opinion, but this whole a/s thing is just strange to me. Just thinking out loud.

Ok so what are the expectations for this premeeting? It seems to me that first, those objectors are going to show up or not. If they show up they have to present their arguement against the issue on the permit. And then Guyer can have a rebuttle against each persons objection?
The second thing going on at this meeting are those conditions that need to be meet regardless of the objectors. Can Guyer and Co give information regarding these conditions at this meeting? Are there any benifits of doing so? I would think that there is a benifit because it would lessen items on the conditions that need to be addressed later for permit approval. Yes?

Do you have a way to connect with Optimos? Do we know when this meeting ends? TIA on any info and thoughts on what is going to happen....

An OTCBB By Any Other Name

For more than a year leading up to this large scale, mass delistment, it has been impossible to decipher between an OTCBB Company and a Reporting Pink Sheet Company when viewing the OTC Markets website. Both entities appeared under the heading of “OTCQB.” It was essential to reference other source material in order to make the distinction.

The now privately owned and operated OTCBB quietly delisted approximately 1,000 fully reporting and current, public companies from its quotation medium, initially citing “failure to comply with Rule 15c2-11”. Subsequent delistments cited “Ineligible for quotation on OTCBB due to quoting inactivity under SEC Rule 15c2-11.”

Delistments Means Little to Nothing

Most, if not all, of these companies did not receive notice of their “delisting”. Moreover, most, if not all, of these companies still do not know that they are no longer OTCBB quoted companies. In fact, the change has had little if no impact on these companies and will likely not have future impact. Each of these companies continue to be quoted on the OTCQB on the website for OTC Markets.
