Medinah Gold was a spin off dividend from Medinah Minerals years ago. Those who were shareholders of Medinah Minerals received shares in Medinah Gold a long time ago and that company never traded. Now that Medinah Minerals is in the process of a purchase agreement for the Altos de Lipangue property they are doing something with this non trading shell. The merger between Medinah Gold and AMNP has nothing to do with the properties that Medinah Minerals holds but look for some other properties to be brought in to this new merged entity. This is a wait and see before there is much else to comment on. The real play is going to be MDMN Medinah Minerals then lets see what comes out of some of these associated companies. Kirk
