Screwed this is dead.
Mostly likely screwed unless you want to park this for a while. Most sharks will scoop up .0001 shares because the risk is so very low, then if they ever get a match for .0002 they double their money.
ooof. Yeah just saw my account dip like crazy, Bad day.
Just went down to .0001. Lost all of it. Is this due to the filings or are we screwed?
I would focus on BLU* for now if you are going to play anything Alessi. It's still alive but hasn't been updated since August.
is this where alessi focuses all his energy, and not BLU* since you spoke with him and both of you are business man, throw some crams at hard working blue collar people with you insights...
They needed to file a 10Q showing up to date with the SEC or a form 15 relieving themselves of the obligation to file with the SEC. then they would go on alternate reporting, with quarterly reports attorney letters and such. sad, but glad I'm not in this one. worried about BLU* though.
They aren't related
in the eyes of the
SEC so we may be
ok there until he files>>> >>> ALESSI <<<
That's exactly what I'm hoping for.
I don't mind if it takes a year.
Much better than knowing for sure your $ are wasted money.
That is a valid point. Something is holding this up.
Still holding out hope especially if it’s tied up in the courts. The custodial play is still an option. The SEC took action on the ‘current’ company. If the courts give ownership over then it’s a new game...or am I missing something?
It should've been able to trade after October 3rd. Perhaps no MM is interested in making a market in this. There are no filings or announcements by the SEC or company. Maybe tied up in court? All I know is when these type companies start trading again there is usually a sell off as long as there is a bid.
So it could resume mid October
Suspension ended October 3rd.

..Ok,than ,let's wait,..thx...GL..
Yea it is strange
Don't know. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I do know that if it was able to trade we would have seen some volume already. There is another ticker that was suspended about the same time or later and has been trading for a few days now.
...like what?...
Well past that now. Something else must be going on because it should've started trading again already.
Usually 10 trading days after suspension.
Please let me Mr paid membership :')
Thanks for the info. A lot of us out here wondering what the hell is going on. Please keep us posted!
live and learn, don't put all your capital in one play especially at this level, don't give up, don't give in to and get caught up in the hype, find out what works for you, look for those plays, gl.
How can we check if a stock is delinquent w/ the SEC?
This should of been avoided. The is an outcome of sloppy paper work and not pushing things along on time. This has happened in the past with a prior ticker of his. This is like I have said in the past a 100% risk play.
That being said, I did contact him last week a week before the suspension and the day before yesterday literally a day before AAPH got suspended (he didn't get back to me after my second call). I guess I didn't get across to Alessi or he had/has other plans or he messed up because he was on vacation lol for too long.
I didn't see any major dumps before the suspension but after October 3 we will see a lot of people selling like some prior plays. The news we get next week until October 3 week will be crucial. If no news then I see others selling and hard at open.
So everyone knows,
In a custodian play you have to release forms after you have receivership granted by the courts. This cannot be suspended when ticker is effectively sold off to another company via a RM or whatever.
Sucks it happened this way we retail traders have no control even when we try to inform the big guys of what may happen.
At this point all we can hope for is needed news by the end of Suspension.
Such a terrible terrible day. Makes me want to quit trading.
Not necessarily. ADVT is still grey and has done quite well. Obviously AAPH is not a good merge candidate now. It was intentional, for whatever reason. Maybe there is some strategy to the decision, or they just lost interest.
..those two just of top of my head, so it's not impossible, I think if he wants that ticker he can still get it ,..if not, this is it...
Out of the hundreds of penny stocks that have been suspended and gone to the greys I believe there are less than 5 in the past 10 years that have made it off of them.
Don’t forget to turn off the lights! hope all involved learned something and didn’t take too big of a loss.
Bluu is not delinquent with the SEC. it is a 15-12g filer meaning it does not need to provide annual reporting.
Yea it was risky however the reward potential was great. That’s the pink sheets and custodian plays for you.
While extremely unlikely, Alessi could continue his custodian and revive the stock. I don’t think he will but there’s a chance.
THANKS FOR THE INFO, THEY GOT ME AGAIN. I GOT OUT OF BLUU I THINK ON TIME AS IT IS PAIRED WITH AAHP AND GOING THE SAME ROUTE.
i AM GETTING INTO CRYPTO CURRENCIES, THINK i HAVE A BETTER CHANCE THAN WITH PENNY STOCKS.
It's not coming back. Management has been gone for years and the company is dead. It's extremely rare for a company to come off the grey sheets even if they're still operating. AAPH has been dormant for a long time other than the pumpers and dumpers who ran it up during the summer.
This is a big hiccups affecting all of us,
do you think it will come back ? and how long will it take if it does?
Thanks, I got smart on it. I won't be doing this again. LOL.
It is 0.0001 already.
ThiNk we are SUNK.

Shows it on otcmarkets.com whether it is delinquent with the sec or not
So if AAPH goes to the grey sheets, then basically it will go down to 0001?
The question I have is how to see if an account is delinquent. SEC seems to be on a rampage.
This ticker is going to Grays after the suspension, just like all the other delinquent tickers -probably going to settle down pretty low, but the merger can still go through. Highly unlikely. Sucks balls.
What are your thoughts on all this now?
