Don't look now, but just when you think all is lost...
KABOOM!
i can't complain. i bought the stock originally for .003-.01 before it ran as a penny stock, and did ok. But all the penny investors that bought afterwards were screwed by the company, when they stopped filing, and flooded the market with dividend shares to preferred holders, before they had a split, and then a public offering years later for $1/share. I see AAC is having a public offering now around $18/share. Did all FTER investors lose everything, including those that bought at the $1 public offering about a year ago? Believing the initial penny investors would benefit from the shareprice appreciation was probably a pipedream, at best.
they moved to big boards stockticker symbol AAC
this is just a shell now, any revenues will go to AAC.
FTER has been doing really well for about 6 years...
Seems the company became addicted to fleecing the shareholders. I hear Forterus is doing pretty good.
Wonder if the affordable care act will save this stock.
Inflated volume today, interesting.
It was up over 70%...
... of course, very small volume, but it is a start. Jerod Mentz out; stock should climb... this company could have been trading in $10 range on the NASDAQ if Paul Howarth was still around implementing his plan... what a bunch of numbskulls!!
:) I did a triple take when I saw the movement today. Excited to see if we can get things going! Good luck to everyone.
Ladies and gentlemen....
Start your engines! Trading has begun.
Hey folks... some perking up....
Not sure this is just manipulation on such a small volume, but anyone who has FTER stock better readjust you GTC limit orders... could go much higher with such a small float and a company that appears tobe doing pretty well. Let's hope their addiction to idiocy does not interfere with the PPS rise.... these people had a NASDAQ stock on their hands prior to this mess that THEY made!!
I knew it was too good to be true...
... fluctuated out of money..............AGAIN! :-/
OTC Markets has 9,309,854 outstanding a/s 3/21/13.
TDAmeritrade has the OS at 153K shares....
... if that is true, you can buy the whole company for $153K! I actually have a glimmer of hope for this company now... surely, if this is true, $1 PPS is a low price and it should move higher... that is the lowest outstanding share count I've ever seen on a company! Probably not true... does anyone have the right OS count?
Not when they don't care about the stock and/or have no idea what to do to increase volume.
Wondering when they are going to start the ball moving again. Recent PR of new hires, the RS, slightly more active FTER news clips.... All signs point to increased momentum, but still nothing. You wouldn't think it would be that hard to shed some light on this thing....
They have not filed financials in years
when is the last time they have reported financials or earnings? thanks

Hopefully things will start to move soon...
I was wondering that too. Is there a period after a reverse split like this where trades are not allowed?
I was wondering that too. Is there a period after a reverse split like this where trades are not allowed?

I think we are on the up and up for all of us who stuck around (or couldn't get out ;). Good luck everyone!

oH Man, after years of inaction, I dumped this and 3 others 2 weeks ago at market.. I'm not sure if I made a bad move.. 59 cents now or good 59via massive R/S ???
Shares are locked in my TDAmeritrade account....
...anyone know how/when they can be unlocked?
An open order would be cancelled because the ticker has changed with the suffix D added. The D will remain for 20 trading days.
Thanks for the info, Renee. Do any of you know if this will effect an open order? Wonder where its going to go from here... Best of luck to everyone.

It is a shame - this company had such promise
I bought at about .09 a long time ago isnt worth selling for the broker fees. Garbage in my account. T
So, are you gonna jump on selling at .0025? The highest offer, under that,I believe is .0014. Just sayin'.
Wheels been off a long time ago, Frames gone, unibody , body, glass etc etc etc T
?? not sure, gonna ride it till the wheels fall off ... that's my just incase there's a pop set price.. ? there are new people involved and they're leaning towards weight issues..? never know ?
Do you really think this stock will reach .03? Does anyone else think this stock will reach .03?

100% Bastards. T
I 2nd that ! eom
This is what happens....
... when you are devious and try to screw people.... you end up screwing yourself. These bastards deserve to be in jail.
Now, I hope their stock goes up so I can get my money back, but if they are going down, I want to see Jerrod Mentz in a striped jumper!! Bunch of low life crooks!
Hmmmmm
The company did not respond to requests for comment via its website and by phone.
Say no more. T
Can anyone tell when/if this split will happen ? I may bail to save $$ from fee's.. w/the deaths there could be lawsuits but who would know they don't tell us anything.. I lost $$ but these 4 lost their... stupid ! stupid ! stupid!
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=3BSotk0etxa5JZdo245hZg%253d%253d&CorpName=FORTERUS%2c+INC.
..disturbing. eom
Been here for years...
I have A LOT more than 500K shares. These bastards raped and robbed us when they fired Howarth. They had a NASDAQ company in the making and we ALL were on our way to success. I hope they fail miserably. They do not deserve ANY success. What comes around will go around... there is NO WAY you can be thieves in one arena and not have it bleed into EVERYTHING you do.
..if karma's a reality.. then... eom
I wasn't a large holder just saw stock go from around.11 to nothing and ZIP from new BOD. NADA, No speaky da english. Just pisses me off. I figure after split I'll have 1 1/2 shares. I hope the a holes rot. T

We focus on long term recovery by using relapse prevention and family friendly components which surpass industry standard in the addiction field. When taken together, using the right rehab clinic and drug rehabilitation center costs less than you think. After all, so many addicts lose jobs and careers, families and friends, and many other things you simply cannot put a price on. In terms of jobs and careers, it's tough for anyone suffering drug or alcohol addiction to maintain a job; they lose them more often than not. Thousands if not tens of thousands is spent on drugs and alcohol, or on decisions made while using. In turn, families and friends lose trust in the addict, or decide to give up on them. Addiction is a powerful thing to suffer with alone, but often is incredibly hard on friends and loved ones too. The answer is the right drug rehabilitation center, and the right alcohol rehab service.
Our intensive outpatient program is truly priceless, and combined with our sober living facilities it solves the problem of addiction for many. How? It offers a stable, loving, and caring environment overseen by professionals who have more experience than most family and loved ones. We know how to handle addicts because of our years experience. Our main goal for clients is to set their own goals for long term recovery. Simply getting a job back or making apologies isn't enough. Often there are other problems involved in using drugs and alcohol at the outset, like anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, and many other psychological problems.
Founded in 1966, as the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes quality rehabilitation services. It does this by establishing standards of quality for organizations to use as guidelines in developing and offering their programs or services to consumers. CARF uses the standards to determine how well an organization is serving its consumers and how it can improve. Every year the standards are reviewed and new ones are developed to keep pace with changing conditions and current consumer needs. At A Better Tomorrow our accreditation is means of demonstrating our commitment to quality for clients and their family members. We strive to stay above the standards by providing consistent care in accordance with the newest, evidence-based information. The more innovative our treatment is, the better we can adjust to the fast-paced field of Addiction Recovery. Out of the thousands of programs, only 5% have achieved this status of being accredited.
