it still trades as 'a ihc', did u by chance have your shares with ameritrade?
Any body do we have a new symbol???? Or can you tell me what happen???
anything is possible and the o/s sure is low
i just bought a tiny bit due to Stocker's possible fraud thing that came out yesterday
supposedly an update coming next week is what i read from Hokie
i was in pre stocker and my shares we're taken by tda pre stocker and they have not returned them yet all i got is an escrow receipt. to da moon i say!
.05 x .07 now.. might require some avg'ing down here
i bought today with tda fwiw
Stocker told me that the shareholder letter will be coming through the brokerage account. Hopefully we hear something next week. I sent him a few emails and last time I got a response back on a Saturday. I will post if I get any more information.
I have no issues with my shares in Etrade. Who is your broker?
i can't sell even if i wanted to, ameritrade has removed the shares from my account and issued me an escrow receipt in claiming that the company has no t/a, or that the dtc has no record of this company having a t/a (something along those lines)...... even though i contacted computershare and ameritrade and shared each others contact info with the other, and confirmed computershare as the t/a for AIHC in emails and on the phone, wherein ameritrade was cc'd or had the info forwarded to them subsequently. computershare also subsequently told me that the dtc has been informed that computershare is the t/a for AIHC. the entire situation is smelling a little fishy...
now ameritrade is saying i have to fax an official notice to them saying i intend to liquidate my holdings and they claim that then they will return the shares to my account for a short period (when i asked they said for about 5 days) so i can sell them, wherein if they are not disposed of during that time frame, my shares will be returned to an escrow account and removed from my positions holdings again, and another escrow receipt would be issued.
i'm long & strong no matta how i look at it.........
Ask all over the place today. Emailed Stocker today for more info. I will post once I hear from him.
This is gonna be a barn burner imo once a merger candidate is announced.
Kinda far, I doubt it but I want to see what will be taking place at the meeting.
It's a matter of risk. I was able to get 10k here at .10 as I want to get in before any merger takes place. Obviously if you wait until after the merger your ROI will be less imo.
Will you be going?
b2w
Do those of you following this stock buy shares in anticipation of news and mergers or wait until after the merger?
I am thinking it is better to wait until the merger is done and buy in then. Seems like there is less chance of losing money by waiting rather than hoping something happens and sinking in money before the deal closes.

Update from Stocker (6/5):
Shareholder meeting will be held in Phoenix and persons owning shares will be receiving letters via their brokerage firm.
Email from Stocker (6/2):
Concerning AIHC:
We have scheduled a shareholder meeting for next month. You should receive a mailing that explains the background and purpose of the meeting.
Thanks,
David
Does his shells normally have shareholder meetings? Anyone know? Sounds interesting...
Great reads:
One way many companies go public is through reverse mergers with public shells. When doing a reverse merger with a public shell it can be very expensive and there are several things you must be aware of.
There are several types of public shells, which are all very expensive. They are also usually loaded with liabilities. If you reverse merge a company into a public shell (which usually has 100 or more shareholders and a lot of shares in the float) when the stock price goes up these 100 shareholders inevitably sell the stock and the price collapses. This can be detrimental to a company trying to grow through acquisition. This is far more expensive than the up front price paid to do the reverse merger with the public shell. Please keep this fact in mind when you are dealing with reverse mergers or public shells. This point is absolutely critical to understand. If you do not understand the importance of the public float your going public experience can be disastrous.
There are also non-trading public shell companies. These reporting companies usually have 1 or 2 shareholders and they are virtually useless. They are a gimmick used by stock promoters to sell you something. It actually takes longer than if you were to just take your own company public from scratch. The non-trading shells just add an extra step and do not save you anytime whatsoever. In fact they take longer than if you were just to start the process from scratch.
Many people think you need to do a reverse merger with a public shell to go public, which is incorrect. Others think that doing a reverse merger with a public shell is faster. Again this is another misconception. For example, to start trading on the Pink Sheets is very fast. A company can always move up to the NASD OTC Bulletin Board or NASDAQ later. Some companies choose to start out on the Pink Sheets and later move up to NASDAQ or the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. A company can also elect to begin trading on the NASD OTCBB from the outset.
Also recent changes in the law have made many practices dealing with reverse mergers and public shells fraught with problems. It is always recommended you have a very experienced Securities Attorney assist you whenever dealing with Public Shells. If you are considering a reverse merger with a public shell contact us before making any costly mistakes. We would be happy to explain why there are better, quicker, easier and less expensive ways of going public.
We assist companies in Going Public fast. Any company can Go Public and have its own stock symbol. There are nearly 15,000 public companies in the U.S. We can help your company Go Public on the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, OTCBB or Pink Sheets.
The NASD OTCBB (over the counter bulletin board) as well as the Pink Sheets have NO asset and NO revenue requirements. Most of the smaller companies go public first on either the NASD OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. They can quite easily move up later to NASDAQ.
In fact, if a company is interested in Going Public they may want to begin trading on the Pink Sheets. There are NO audits, NO periodic SEC reporting and they do not have to deal with Sarbanes Oxley. It also is very fast and relatively inexpensive. A company can initially begin trading on the Pink Sheets if they want to become public quickly and, if they choose, can trade on the OTCBB later very easily.
SEC Press Release Regarding Public Shell Company Rule Reform
The End of Public Shells & Reverse Mergers
The Securities and Exchange Commission press release below is about Public Shells and Reverse Mergers. If you are considering going public it is important to understand it’s significance.
Basically it states if you are going to do a reverse merger with a public shell. You will need audited financials and the equivalent of an SB-2 Registration Statement within 4 days of the merger or you will be out of compliance. Therefore making public shells useless. It actually takes longer now to go public if you use a public shell.
You do not need a public shell to go public. It is faster and less expensive to go public from scratch rather than use a public shell.
Trading on the Pink Sheets is the fastest way to go public. A company can always move up to the NASD OTC Bulletin Board or NASDAQ later.
We can take a company public fast and inexpensively. The President of our company is a very experienced Securities Attorney.
We can assist you in going public on NASDAQ, OTCBB or the Pink Sheets.
The Pink Sheets do not require audited financials nor SEC quarterly reporting. This is the fastest way of going public.
Anyone here besides..
me own shares here. Pretty quiet for 7 boardmarks...
Stocker filed to suspend filings with the SEC, as such they are not required to get the corporation current in paperwork with the SEC. If you look this is common with shell corporations. Fillings with the State is usually, but not always required under state laws and are not affected by SEC filings.
Looks like Stocker filed annual reports with the state of Tennessee to get AIHC up to date. Any idea why these are not showing in the SEC filings or are these different filings?
Anyone know?
I cannot to wait to hear what he is doing with this shell. I love the low float and low o/s. Three of Stocker's former shell's trade at market caps excess of $11 million. An $11 million market cap here is around $5.00.
I guess it all depends on who is getting it..

Looks like someone (Stocker?) got the annual filings up to date.
Thoughts? I am trying to access them but have not figured out how to...
Stocker update on AIHC:
Letter to shareholders soon stating the plans for Ameristar. He is looking to "reorganize" the company.
CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!!!
I wish I had a few free bucks to try and fill below the current price to see if they do it or if you have to buy at .22 to .25....
who to believe... who to believe...
Bid and asks are whacked on this stock..
Everywhere I look it's different. Looks like the MM's are trying to keep people out of it, hiding the asks. Anyone trying to buy and not getting filled? Just curious...
Someone pull the trigger...
I would but have no free $$ to throw here.
I am watching a few too. I like this one as I emailed D.S. (read earlier posts) and he said info on AIHC was coming shortly to shareholders.
I think the super low float/os will make this one a winner and could (imo) be one of his more valuable shells. I only grabbed 10,000 shares as it is hard to fill on anything more than 5,000 at a time w/o them jumping up the ask.
GLTU.
Right now I am just watching the stock and its news. Stocker has some shells that are still just sitting around without mergers, so I am trying to decide which shells may be money makers in the nearer term.

born2win..
Glad to see someone else post here other than red and me. lol!
Did you get any shares here or are you looking to?
Did you know that if you don't answer any of the robot's questions that you will be given to a human much faster than if you played around with the robot?
I was complaining to an AT&T operator once about the robot of theirs driving me nuts and was told to ignore all questions by the robot and I would get through to a human because they don't want for their customers to just hang up.
This works for me and I am a much happier person minus the irritation.

oh and tda still shows an ask of .20 ...
i agree that there must be very few shares available. could be some market maker tricks being played too... i spoke to computershare and they confirmed they are the t/a and i confirmed also with the cusip. i sent that info to tda with a phone # & email for them to contact computershare as the robot phone operator was quite a pain. haven't heard back from tda yet........... :-/
i don't know who got that 1,000 share trade, it wasn't me.
From ShellStockReview. I would say AIHC falls under almost all these categories:
* VERIFIED SHELL STOCK LOOKING FOR AN ACQUISITION: it should be actively looking for a reverse merger. Verification can come from SEC reports, news releases, or verbally from company management.
A - Had SEC report on 5/17
* EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT: management must understand the mechanics of a reverse merger and know a good business opportunity. If management is not experienced, it is imperative they are working with an experienced consultant.
A - David B. Stocker
* SEC REPORTING: it must report regularly to the SEC. This is known as a "reporting company." We want to be able to verify information about the company from public/legal filings . . . not by word of mouth or rumor. Believe it or not, there are public companies that are non-reporting.
A - Should find out in 2-3 weeks
* CLEAN: it has little or no debt, no pending law suites, and little or no outstanding convertible securities (preferred stock or warrants). We don't want anything that can complicate the reverse merger.
A - Still doing DD on, but so far I cannot find any negatives
* SMALL NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING SHARES: the smaller the number of outstanding shares, the better. A smaller number of outstanding shares lessens the chance of a Reverse Stock Split. A Reverse Stock Split can lessen the chance of price appreciation.
A - 2,207,124
* LOW MARKET VALUE: basically, this is the buy low sell high rule. A Shell Stock with a low Market Value will have a greater chance of price appreciation than one with a high Market Value. (Market Value = price X shares outstanding).
A - $486,000
* CASH ON HAND: some Shell Companies have cash remaining from their previous business endeavors. Having cash to fund the new company's business plan will attract high quality candidates.
A - Still researching.
I noticed that as well. Imo, they have no shares. I think they are not showing the B/A until a trade is placed. When I got my 10k at .10 it was like:
.02 x .05
I tried to fill the boat at .05. Once I entered the trade, it went to:
.04 x .10
When I later upped it to .10 it went to:
.09 x .10 and they filled only 10k and immediately went to:
.09 x .15
Once I cancelled my trade the bid went back to .05 but the ask stayed at .15.
Etrade as of yesterday was showing .25. Now Etrade and pinksheets are showing .00 but that level 2 link you gave me still shows .25.
I am wondering who got the 1,000 yesterday for .22?
the ask has been strange on this one... someplaces it shows it at .20, others at .25, and on pinksheets, even during the trading day shows no ask...
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=aihc
and on this delayed free level 2 there are two MM's that have a negative amount for sale and no ask price... pretty funny stuff.
http://66.201.236.134/export/level2.jsp?symbol=aihc&=Get+Quote
Alright...
Who got the 1,000? obivously they did not fill your whole order?
