heay more than 1 ticker has come back from the deceased, well lets see
Vooshaco.com is now Vooshperformance.com.
I called the number on the website under contact,(877)850-9466.
I got a female recording on the line saying "Please hold on, we'll be with you shortly" But it kept looping back and repeating.
So, I found this other number under Pricing,(888)779-6067
A live person actually answered the phone!!!
So,he answered the phone his is Web Ad Blocker.
I asked him is this the Voosh Performance software and he said "yes, we've been selling it for six months".
So, he transferred me over to a different representative because I'm asking him questions about Ambicom.
So, I'm transferred over to technical support, that person answered the phone like this "Hello Defender" something, something". I'm not sure what he said.
So, it seems that Vooshaco is now Vooshperformance being licensed as Web Ad Blocker and Defender. Either at 2 companies or 1 company with 2 products.
How this helps investors at Ambicom???
I'm not sure???
Do you think we will end up in some sort of custodianship eventually?.
I am in one now. The original owners get to spend their ill gotten gains but the share structure remains intact until the court designated custodians transfer the shell to the new owners. It would then be up to them to restructure & could be a good or bad thing. In the transition period it could give us old shareholders the opportunity to get out with some of our investment value back or perhaps all.
Is this what you are alluding to?
tlo.
LIMEy : One way out for kevin Cornhole to put company up for consignment.
You've heard something?
tlo.
Doesn't matter. There is a public record trail.
Great point, Peeteman. Unless Kevin didn't even bother to transfer the assets.
It may not be worth the effort, but voosh transferred various accounts and technology to Ambicom. Cornell can't just pretend that transaction didn't occur. Legally Ambicom holds legal right to those accounts and technology. People should keep pushing that point home to Cornell and his attorney who appears as the current officer of Ambicom according to the Nevada Secretary of State.
Kevin Cornell (beware). The deceiver. Proof!
If you found this page while researching Mr. Kevin Cornell, because he asked you to invest in the next best thing, and promised you big returns, you should read below.
He deceived his shareholders by telling us his goal was to get trading again after his company's stock (ABHI) was delisted by the SEC.
He posted numerous videos on Youtube, which served as updates to investors, ensuring his investors he planned to re-list.
In one of his final Youtube videos, he even had the nerve to ask investors for more money, promising 50% returns, all the while the stock was delisted, and folks were out big time with 100% losses -$$$
Of course, well all know that he has long since deleted these updates to investors videos.
Kevin then completely disappeared, and stopped all communications with investors. All we knew was he was working on getting the stock re-listed, because he said he was.
And then came this conversation in the YouTube comments of his Voosh page. Notice that he played the role of a victim and took zero responsibility for his company. He took zero responsibility for communicating to us shareholders that he gave up 'trying' to get his stock listed. What's more, he just didn't seem to care about shareholders, at all. No sympathy, no nothing.
I have taken my losses and moved on. This is not a vent. It is a heads-up. It is a warning to those who would rather not lose their money.
I 100% agree with you brother.
I have been scammed by 90% of all penny stocks I have held...the only one that’s has not scammed me is FUNN.
Yea I realized that the day after I posted. Oh well, just dead money now, no hopes of getting this one back.
Thanks for nothing Kevin Cornell. You are misleading, unethical, and caused many (who believed what you were saying) to lose money.
Of course you took down the YouTube videos you posted, saying that you expected to get the stock trading. The last video was of you asking investors for more money. LOL. Then poof! Silence, nothing. If that isn’t slimy, I don’t know what is.
It took investors to reach out to you to learn the truth. Yet you still tried to defend yourself and shift blame to investors. A true sign of a scammer. Hope you are enjoying the settlement money from PC Driver (if there ever was any).
This is from 2016... oh well, it was worth a shot!
Something, anything would be nice.
ok thankx not alot here, but with the right entity taking over this ticker, big things can happen quickly, will keep monitoring my accts and FINRA daily list for updates as well
It’s the entity information page for this entity. ESSEX GLOBAL INVESTMENT CORP
If I’m reading it right they bought shares and it seems the share structure is less.
just shows home page, wanna elaborate
ETrade had the cusip for months
I do see something on my TD Ameritrade account.
Stock disappeared, and there is Cusip instead
checked my ETrade dont see anything can u elaborate, link?
Some activity with the CUSIP number "02319r300"
So how exactly does this not become illegal? Kevin Cornell lead on his investors, pumped the PPS up and then delisted right before things were to take off?
If this was all a sham in the first place, this man needs to be held laible for THEFT!!!!! It wasn't but a couple of weeks after I invested that the company vanished/delisted. Thats wrong on so many levels, Kevin!!!!!
Then, Kevin, you come out on YouTube asking for us to give you more money privately to begin developing this product???? POS!!!! If you never had a product, why pump it that you did! Oh, I know just to steal our hard earned cash!
Agreed, he could of made it work, instead he chose to be a grifter.
tlo.
Kevin Cornell misled us.
I hate it but it looks like we we’re ripped off.
Count me in. Anyone know a good lawyer?
No one should be allowed to steal shareholders hard earned money. Period
I’m in as well.
That is a fact...our money is gone and he took it.
Class action anyone? I am in if someone starts one.
Kevin Cornell is laying low after his heist on shareholders - in my opinion.
No luck reaching company HQ
I know this will end up being a write off however I wanted to speak with Marvin J. Miller Jr. directly who is running Ambicom. The number is no good and I can't seem to find any other contact info for him.
https://www.bloomberg.com/profiles/people/3535863-marvin-j-miller
Anyone else want to try to get some closure here one way or another? I'm looking for a number to reach him due to zero communication from ABHI.
It currently looks like Ambicom is still a valid Nevada corporation with Marvin Miller as the CEO and director. Previously under Kevin he was the corporate attorney for Ambicom. Then it appears that Voosh LLC is still a valid Delaware limited liability company. Voosh Technologies listed on the Vooshaco website is a Delaware corporation formed in January, 2019. Someone needs to see if an attorney would take on a lawsuit to stop the new Voosh Technologies from using assets that are held by Ambicom. Maybe Marvin Miller will answer some questions?
Investors post 2015 were supposed to know that John screwed up the company huh??- Yet Kevin did a conference call pumping the company, and he issued press releases, and he had the audacity to ask investors for even MORE MONEY in his youtube video (which he took down).
Proof that he was not honest. This is probably enough info to trigger a lawsuit and get some retribution.
The courts could order to see the youtube videos he deleted, including the one where he asked for more money, while his stock was delisted and his investors were facing 100% losses.
LOL - thanks for the catch. Done!
Yeppers, buddy, that I agree with. Just swap out AMFE for ABHI, Hahahaha! I know whatcha meant. I do the same thing. Got that one on my mind 24/7!
Kevin Cornell scammed us. First he told us he was going to get ABHI back trading on the public markets.
Then he made a video asking investors for more money
Then he told a poster that ABHI was too far gone and blamed everything on a previous CEO. He took zero accountability.
He’s probably living off of the settlement from pc drivers.
Dear Kevin,
How's business these days? Selling lots of software? Just curious if we can get an update from you if things are still happening? Not closed out the account yet, hoping for the Christmas miracle two years late but still hanging in there. Love to hear from you. Haven't seen a video in over five months but even then it wasn't about Ambicom so just keen to know how things are.
Not forgotten about you.....yet!
Hopfully someone buys this POS ticker and does something with it 50 years from now. I will not be around to see it - LOL
Yes I'm sure everyone would love to see that
Can you post them here please?
Good thing I took screen shots Kevin Cornell
Lol. Kevin deleted the comments!
It is not according to Kevin.
