Gerald is no longer the CEO of Amarantus. Shareholders should try to stay current on the facts.

More MANF China research. in Septic Renal Injury and Colorectal Cancer. Gerald sharing a lot lately.
Conclusion: Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor has a certain protective effect on septic renal injury. Exogenous supplement of MANF can effectively alleviate the degree of renal injury after septic renal injury.

More importantly, exogenous MANF significantly inhibited the migration of colon adenocarcinoma cells HCT116 and SW1116, but did not affect proliferation. Mechanistically, DLC1 reduced the retention of MANF in ER by competing the interaction between MANF and GRP78. Taken together, these data provided new insights into the suppressive effects of DLC1 on CRC, and revealed the potential of MANF in the treatment of CRC.

More MANF Research from China:
Increased serum concentrations of Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor in patients and rats with ischemic stroke
"MANF levels revealed a good value to diagnose TIA with area under the curve (AUC) of 0.949 (95% CI: 0.9093-0.9892)....Serum MANF levels correlate with neuroprotection, stroke severity, inflammation, and TIA recurrence."

That could be said for continuing to invest in OTCBB companies with zero revenue. Lessons not learned from the previous major financial losses. The gambler has lost almost all of their money at the casino, yet continues to place bets believing this bet will be different and result in winning... another doomed to repeat the past failures, believing their DD and investing in another company with zero revenues will have a different outcome. One could always blame the CEO if it doesn't pan out.

Still working on deals, eh ???
How did this one turn out...???
Oh Rep. Chaka Fattah was convicted in a racketeering case and is now a convicted felon serving time:

2015? Good lord, so long ago yawn
It seems some AMBS shareholders still hold all their AMBS shares and continue to post here on the AMBS board. When Gerald completes his goals with Todos, Amarantus will get another shot. MANF is not dead.
"A lesser man would have let this go long ago"
don't know about that...
besides its not up to the public shareholders to keep this security alive - its up to the CEO - right free...???
Gerald continues to receive money on this security - all assets of which were "paid for" by shareholders like you, me and countless others that have left this financial abomination long ago....!
I don't believe 1 word this guy has to say - not one - and for good cause...!
AJMHO
Right now that's the only thing keeping this security alive. A lesser man would have let this go long ago. Right JP?
if you don't know the relationship between the AMBS owner or the AMBS investor
then why comment...?
makes no sense...!
SMH
The failure of the company is clearly on Gerald, but the investor is responsible for the decision to invest and weighing the risk of the amount invested. Sad that some can't figure that out, especially when heavily investing in an OTCBB company with no revenue.
yes its been a decade since 2012
of no progress, missed milestones, toxic financing, unbridled dilution, wayward managerial oversight, loss of staff and professional affiliates, and shareholder body parts strewn across the AMBS playing field - to name just a few - but nobody likes being reminded of Geralds "Financial Engineering" - he should be given a free pass because he has amended his ways and AMBS really didn't matter that much anyways, right?
I guess I'm responsible for those thing too, eh?
laughable - we shall see...
You're just never right, even when you're trying to offer a somewhat positive and balanced post. And that's because while you've been complaining for the better part of a decade, you haven't truly been paying attention.
The video of the "catatonic" patient was under GDNF, not MANF or CDNF, and the benefits of combining CDNF and MANF have only been demonstrated in a small percent of the studies in which both were investigated. So it's far from true to say "across the neurotrophic spectrum." Still, I too wonder why we cannot combine our efforts with Herantis Pharma, especially if they figure xCDNF out.
And no, we don't need a sugar daddy at this time. We just need to clear the cap table and get some trials moving again at reasonable valuations.
Concur, F*$k Sason.
If Gerald doesn't sign anymore floorless convertibles...or climb back in bed with this guy:
then that alone is a start in the right direction... ref. MANF - while the research has and is on-going AND remains groundbreaking, AMBS needs to partner with a deep pocketed BP or $$$ sugar daddy to get it through the FDA regulatory hurdles AND lots of time.
Additionally, MANF works best when combined with CDNF across the neurotrophin spectrum:
https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphys.2018.01629/full
I've seen video's of catatonic patients get up and walk across the room when MANF w/CDNF is introduced through the blood/brain barrier...similar to Robert De
Niro's patients in the movie Awakenings...

006 nHOD nice bids rolling in owns 50M of TOMDF
Any predictions for the 10Q? Of course subsequent events is about the only interesting section these days...
There is good and bad to Todos recent success. Gerald smells opportunity now, and he will not want to close this debt deal knowing the 50M shares we'd have to give up may end up worth more if he shoots the moon. Only time will tell if that sense of greed pays off.
proof...?
laughable....
nuff said - next...!
In reference to Gerald's tweet you posted, I also read Gerald had to get a restraining order against one psycho investor who harassed him and his family endlessly following their large investment in Amarantus that didn't go as planned. It's sad any company CEO should have to resort to such measures, but we see it with pop culture stars all the time. Crazy people everywhere.
Amarantus should have some life after the completion of the announced deal that eliminates debt in exchange for shares and ESS license and IP. Might be a good time to pick up cheap shares now. MANF is still the crown jewel and lots of MANF research has been done since AMBS was put on life support. Lots of potential with MANF.

Ahemm take a good long look at yourself in the mirror Gerald Commissiong....
32 CEO Blogs from 2012 to 2016 - all of them lies, illusions, grandiosity, pretend to make it up as you go along, and total manipulation of social media by you.
Shorts my arse....!!!
you didn't think I had these Blogs since you had them removed from your very own "social media" account now did you...?
