The Company also advises that, pursuant to the planned transition of management following the expiry of Tecpetrol Investments S.L.’s board-recommended offer to acquire all of the common shares of Alpha for $1.48 in cash per share, Brad Nichol has resigned from his role as President and CEO of the Company. Jorge Dimópulos, Director and Chairman of Alpha will replace Mr. Nichol as Interim CEO. Further, Juan José Mata, Director of the Company, will replace Nathan Steinke as Interim CFO.

Alpha Lithium is a Canadian-based lithium developer with lithium-in-brine projects in the Argentine Lithium Triangle.
In the last two years, ALPHA LITHIUM has acquired a significant project in one of the last undeveloped lithium salt flats in Argentina, with an extension of approximately 27,500 hectares in the Tolillar salt flat. As well as a project of approximately 5,000 hectares in the SALAR DEL HOMBRE MUERTO, one of the best and oldest salt flats in the world, 20 years old.
The two projects are surrounded by multi-billion dollar lithium producers who have been actively producing lithium for decades.
For example, lithium producer LIVENT is strategically located just 10 kilometers away and operates its high-quality, low-impurity PHOENIX project, with a current market capitalization of US$3 billion. Also nearby is POSCO, ALLKEM, LITHIUM X FROM TIBET SUMMIT RESOURCES, MILLENIAL LITHIUM FROM LITHIUM AMERICA. Gangfeng lithics.
The property in the Salar de Tolillar:
It is considered a flagship project and covers 27,500 hectares with 10 exploration concessions.
Quick-access infrastructure connects the project site with Salta and San Antonio de los Cobres through paved road networks, natural gas reserves, and an on-site skilled workforce.
4.-Project Details:
Initial analyses in a 2015 sampling campaign yielded lithium concentrations of up to 504 milligrams per liter.
More recent results produced values between 345 and 351 milligrams of lithium per liter of brine. Since the level of impurities in the recovered lithium concentrate is between 4.9 and 5.37%, EL SALAR DE TOLILAR is among the purest lithium brines in all of Argentina.

NEGOTIATIONS
TECPETROL announced the success of the public offering to the shareholders of ALPHA LITHIUM, by acquiring 54% of the issued and outstanding shares of Alpha. It is estimated that the purchase exceeded $150 million in Canada, or US$110 million in the United States. That's US$3,986/ha.
TECPETROL INVESTMENTS S.L., a member of the Techint Group, announced that its 100% subsidiary, TechEnergy Lithium Canada Inc., has taken and acquired 102 million common shares of Alpha Lithium Corporation, representing approximately 54% of the issued and outstanding shares of Alpha, pursuant to its offer to acquire Alpha for C$1.48 in cash per share.

Subsequent work programs included 15 exploration wells drilled and the discovery of significant freash water supply. Drill results show 2.1m tonnes LCE indicated and 1.2m tonnes LCE inferred, and tested to 504 mg/L with only 32% of the salar explored to-date. Our second project area is in the nearby world famous and extremely productive Hombre Muerto salar. We have aquired 5,000 hectares so far and llithium concenterations have been reported up 2,000 mg/L with low impurities (2.5:1 Mg:Li) in a region bordered by major players such as Livent, POSCO and Allkem.
