Thanks for the post. Appreciate it. 2015 was more about losses then gains. I understand the OTC markets are full of risks, I have been a day trader for over 15 years and had some big wins. Last few years I got in heavy with an ag company Verity Corp and they were doing good, really good. Liked the revenue, leadership and future. Then the former CEO a tax evading crook Duane Spader of Spader Business Management had a vendetta with the company and distroyed it so he would not be exposed. The current president Verlyn Smeller is also being ousted in the coverup and communicating with shareholders about what's happening, it is frustrating. It's a shame the company had potential.

Now I'm in energy, it's cheap and I think it will bounce back strong. Thanks for the heads up.

You should never get upset over an OTC equity. Spending a small amount of money can go a long way. I remember Danny Chan when he was a college student that made some change in the market(Streetinsider). Get back to him later. Derek Williams is hard to get info on....but two important connections...his mother and father. His mother is Madeleine Kleiner-Williams:

His father(more importantly) is Harley Jay Williams. He is an inactive entertainment attorney. He was a deal maker and very well known. He represented individuals like Kevin Costner etc...and negotiated this deal(for example):

Think long term here. Ride the next wave from here. The company will eventually put it all together. There are many easier flips out there than this.
