Same to you BY, have a good one.
Thanks, Jim.
Yep, I called and e-mailed and appreciate your patience. They're a little busy these days with Ponzi schemes. New one filed today in Atlanta against some lawyer. He's going to Club Fed, I am certain. The DOJ is already involved.
You and yours have a nice holiday, please!
If you've already called, that's good enough for me.
But yes, I do have telephone, even have a cell phone too, and VHF radios, and email, lol.
The stock will be dumped to the Grey Market. On the Greys, stocks usually trade all over the place, because there's no accurate pricing information available.
Janice and Jim: Do you have telephone service?
If so, why not CALL the Denver office of the SEC rather than waste time over here (no action for 2 weeks) and fill them in on Eric Van?
Just ask for "the senior trial counsel" who's handling the ALIN suspension. As soon as you get her, tell her about Van's other p&d's (including PGYC). Then tell her to have a chat with the Philadelphia office. PGYC is Delaware listed. That means Philly gets first dibs.
Yes, I think Philly's aware of the PGYC p&d and all parties who are or were party to it.
So what happens when the suspension is lifted? This stock goes to .0001?
I feel kind of sorry for the Koreans. Probably they bought the shell in good faith...
Wow. I was actually having glimmers of hope for this stock after there was volume for the first time in 2 months.
Now this. So long money...
LOLOL!!
We could always write to the Denver Regional Office; that's suggested in the suspension notice.
Got to get up to speed on PGYC first, though.
email schapiro and tell her you want to be named a secret agent of the SEC and i bet she would hire you, janice
she got mario fired, so i bet there is an opening in the top secret investigations office...
Sigh... One wishes they'd work faster.
lol. well the SEC might get to that in 2011
Very strange indeed. So there may be a connection between ALIN and PGYC? As I'm sure you know, some have suggested that PGYC moved into a hijacked shell...
This booted alias seems to have been posting here in about that time frame.

Time to say goodbye to this one...
LOL and he's even got a black hat.
Don't know, neither the announcement or the order have any dates.
Wonder when all that false statement stuff happened? 2008? 2009? or a long time ago?
The run to the court house, looks like.
U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 Release No. 59725 / April 8, 2009
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of trading of the securities of All Line, Inc. (“All Line”), of Buena Park California at 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 8, 2009 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 22, 2009.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of All Line because it appears to the Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of All Line, which is quoted on the Pink Sheets under the ticker symbol ALIN. Trading in the securities of All Line appears to be predicated on apparent misstatements. Certain persons appear to have usurped the identity of a defunct or inactive publicly-traded corporation by making false statements to a court and transfer agent, in order to gain control of the corporation. A new CUSIP and ticker symbol appear to have been obtained based on false representations regarding the identity of the corporation. The accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, the corporate history and identity of All Line are questionable.
The Commission cautions broker dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 5515777.
If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to All Line’s securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker dealer or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, the Denver Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission should be telephoned at (303) 844-1000.

Mr. Won Jai Chang, Formerly of Samsung Korea, Has Been Appointed as New C.E.O. of All Line, Inc.
BUENA PARK, CA, Mar 30, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- All Line, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ALIN) -- Mr. Won Jai Chang worked for Samsung Co., Ltd. in Korea as a marketing manager. His duties as a marketing manager were to oversee the marketing of corporate bonds, financial products, and other marketable securities. He also participated in corporate restructures and M&A in Korea. He came to the U.S. in 2000 after he resigned his position with Samsung Co., Ltd.
In the US, he worked at Linkross, Inc. as a marketing director. The company sold components for DVR. Mr. Chang's department achieved $12 million in sales in the first year. In 2004, he started work for IP Land, Inc. as a marketing director. The company was to launch IP TV in the U.S. In 2007, Mr. Chang came to work for All Line, Inc. as a senior marketing director because All Line, Inc. made an offer to purchase IP Land, Inc.
He has worked on several different projects for All Line, Inc. He successfully negotiated the proposed M&A deal with Mesa Energy, Inc. in 2007.
Mr. Chang's management philosophy is to approach viable projects with no-nonsense. He believes the company can only grow on a solid business foundation. The company can only grow on solid business ideas and marketable products. He also thinks the board of directors must be diversified in its ethnicity and experience. The company can utilize the past experience of board members to avoid costly monetary mistakes.
Upon his appointment as a C.E.O. of the company, he has asked the board members to increase the number of seats to invite additional members with broadcasting experience in ethnic markets. He also proposed removal of some board members because of their lack of participation in the company's operation. He wanted to fully utilize the restructure techniques he learned while employed at Samsung Co., Ltd.
He thinks the company must make strategic alliance or acquire companies that can supply products to home shopping channels the company signed the definitive agreement. His approach is to utilize the relationship with the shopping channels to distribute quality products in order to increase the company's profitability.
He believes this new approach to the company's business model will increase the revenue and net income of the company. In turn, he thinks this will result in heightened interest in the company from the market.

Pardon my ignorance, but why is this stock sitting at .0011?
There were some more spikes today, although it seems its being horded now at $0.03. Wouldn't be surprised if it opens up on Monday, but don't expect it to get past $0.035 next week. We'll need to see what the Q1 results of all these acquisitions are before we see any real movement. Keep the faith!
About time we saw some buying. Let's hope the new year brings a new direction to this stock. I'm sure ready and think the company deserves it.
More acquisitions?
All Line, Inc. is definitely making some forward moves here.
I was so busy celebrating the demise of 2008, I didn't even notice the press release about the acquisition of TopTV USA.
These guys are making some moves for sure. If they're half right we are in great shape. If they are all right, I will only regret not buying more when I had a chance.
All Line, Inc., (Pink Sheets:ALIN - News), a company engaged in telecommunications, multimedia, and IT development, today announced that Chinese Media Group Corporation (www.cmgc.tv) has signed a letter of intent to acquire a 51% equity stake in TOPTV USA (www.toptvusa.com), the first ever 24/7 free-to-air digital Chinese TV channel in the U.S. providing digital TV programs to overseas Chinese in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, CA.
No I didn't...but I have now.
It looks like All Line, Inc. is moving in the right direction with this link. There is some awesome info on there.
Thanks for the link!
I'm with you. Did you see this? I just found it. Nice presentation on the company.
http://www.realstockdiscoveries.com/alin.htm
There's a cool summary I downloaded from there too. Really tells the story nicely. Better than the website in a way.
Personally...I have never seen a stock scam with this much effort and money put into the development of a company.
I would believe that anytime another company (or anyone for that matter) invests millions into a company's development...in my eyes...does not look like a company who is involved in stock scams.
I personally like this company and will continue to watch it.
Well, this one has certainly done that. Somebody obviously wants to dispose of some stock before the market gets going. Still, if that stops and they can close these acquisitions, this could be an awesome find.
What about that $4 million that was invested in the company? That kind of thing generally isn't found in scams, at least not in my experience. This guy is not familiar to me so I have nothing to base your comment upon.
Most definitely! I can't wait for the pop either. This is a company worth watching, and keeping on the radar.
you can flip it!!!
I'm pretty sure this is just another chris martinez scam
all his deals go straight down
yep..it looks promising and yesterdays pr looks good too!!
Three acquisitions in the hopper... big stuff for sure. I notice from looking at the website that they already have closed one from before so that makes these look even more promising. I am expecting to see a pop when these begin to close.

me too. i hope so!!!
This company seem to be a great up-and-comer.
I am looking forward to the day this company skyrocket and has some BIG sustainability.
I see it to be more profitable watching companies that only so many people see.
See to me catching a company at the beginning of their existence, even a few years into it, ensures that if the company's price and volume goes up you don't miss the boat waiting. I'd rather take the chance with a company in the beginning than at it's peak.
Yes.. pretty much. It's no secret most stocks from NYSE down have been hit by the recession yet they will come back. I am looking for stocks that are way down, volatile and have a chance of igniting some interest. With the price this low, the float this small and the size of the PR they are putting out, this sure seems to have all three. That's why I am here.
lol...i am watching this too..
Well according to Pinksheets, ALIN has 1,096,001 in the float as of Nov. 25th. You are definitely not the only one watching this.
I am beginning to watch up-and-coming companies, those who have not been trading that long. It just seems more logical to me to focus on a company with some awesome ideas (according to their Press Releases) like ALIN so that when they do get the volume and price gains they are looking for I would have been in there from the beginning.
Do you agree?
Holy crap!! $.10... someone musta not read "Pink Sheet Investing for Dummies" and never heard about the risks of market orders in penny stocks. LIMIT ORDERS people!! accumulate...
Boy, I thought I was gonna die of loneliness here. I've been looking at this stock and am beginning to like what I see here. It looks like the company has a plan and is working it. I took a little (very little) nibble at .02 and now I think I will take a little more now that it's started in a new direction. Did anyone happen to check the size of the float?
It's just over a million shares according to the pink sheets. That means that at $.04, there is only $40k in the float. This thing has the ability to be incredibly volatile. Think about how much selling it took to take it down to here and that's probably that much or less it's going to take to take it back up over $.10 and on to $.25. Call me stupid but I that that could be one of the best things about this one.
ahh you missed the .10!!!! where were you!!! i am just watching this...
I'm glad I came across this company when I did.
Picked this one up at .01 now it's up 250% at .035.
Missed out when it was .10 but still...Nice Gain!
