Mr. Won Jai Chang, Formerly of Samsung Korea, Has Been Appointed as New C.E.O. of All Line, Inc.

BUENA PARK, CA, Mar 30, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- All Line, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ALIN) -- Mr. Won Jai Chang worked for Samsung Co., Ltd. in Korea as a marketing manager. His duties as a marketing manager were to oversee the marketing of corporate bonds, financial products, and other marketable securities. He also participated in corporate restructures and M&A in Korea. He came to the U.S. in 2000 after he resigned his position with Samsung Co., Ltd.
In the US, he worked at Linkross, Inc. as a marketing director. The company sold components for DVR. Mr. Chang's department achieved $12 million in sales in the first year. In 2004, he started work for IP Land, Inc. as a marketing director. The company was to launch IP TV in the U.S. In 2007, Mr. Chang came to work for All Line, Inc. as a senior marketing director because All Line, Inc. made an offer to purchase IP Land, Inc.

He has worked on several different projects for All Line, Inc. He successfully negotiated the proposed M&A deal with Mesa Energy, Inc. in 2007.

Mr. Chang's management philosophy is to approach viable projects with no-nonsense. He believes the company can only grow on a solid business foundation. The company can only grow on solid business ideas and marketable products. He also thinks the board of directors must be diversified in its ethnicity and experience. The company can utilize the past experience of board members to avoid costly monetary mistakes.

Upon his appointment as a C.E.O. of the company, he has asked the board members to increase the number of seats to invite additional members with broadcasting experience in ethnic markets. He also proposed removal of some board members because of their lack of participation in the company's operation. He wanted to fully utilize the restructure techniques he learned while employed at Samsung Co., Ltd.

He thinks the company must make strategic alliance or acquire companies that can supply products to home shopping channels the company signed the definitive agreement. His approach is to utilize the relationship with the shopping channels to distribute quality products in order to increase the company's profitability.

He believes this new approach to the company's business model will increase the revenue and net income of the company. In turn, he thinks this will result in heightened interest in the company from the market.
