I haven't heard; I haven't inquired. The last event that I knew of (months ago) is that the company was going to merge into what is now Renewal Fuels. The latter went off in its own direction as a manufacturer of equipment to produce biofuel.

It looks like the anticipated merge between AVCP and TLBT is not going to occur.

Quite so. They are also a creditor. However, GITH price movement alone is probably not the issue. AVCP gets to recapture debt by converting debt to shares. So, in order to profit from GITH price movement, they have to convert before share price increase takes place. It is also important why the price movement takes place, assuming it does. The former GITH owners who have a forebearance agreement allowing them to convert debt to shares and liquidate into the market create substantial selling pressure. Hitherto this has not been sufficiently offset by buying pressure to cause share price increase. Rather, shareholders have suffered substantial share price decrease. It is a probable consideration for AVCP that they may wish to delay adding more selling pressure to the mix while the former owners recapture debt owed them. If it turns out that GITH enters into a new settlement agreement with its former owners, that may clear the way for a situation that would support GITH price increase, and a beneficial environment for AVCP to convert and liquidate its own debt.

Been trying to get filled at the ask for a lousy 30K shares, they won't fill me cuz it's an AON. I have only 10K shares now, that's why I use AON's in getting into these low volume stocks. Means the float is thin. I'll try again tommorow.
