Sorry for the delay, busy week. Up to date info. can be read in " Legal Proceedings " in the latest Q.
But as far as I know, we will have to wait and see what happens with this as we get further info. on how this transition to the new owner unfolds.
Just a guess, but I would expect this to leave with the old owner. But again, just a guess???

Very quite Board here. Saw a nice pop on buyout news and new CEO and now back to no movement. Guess it's just a waiting game as we try and figure out what plans new investor has for this company. Is the Apple lawsuit still on going here ?

I'd say it's a good sign, to see the NEW CFO's siggy on the Q that proceeded his employment.
If he's taking ownership of it, one could think that there should not be any surprises for the new company.

I don't believe in hope daddycool100 when it comes to stocks... I believe in educated guesses, with given facts/information available to us at the time... I think we have a good unnoticed one here... 1-2 years ago we would be much higher I believe than now and holding pps... Things in the penny would have changed for sure...

Agree WNH... This isn't like one of the Custodian plays where you can wait 5-8+ month's or more with courts and everything until they find a merger/acquisition... This shell had a buyer and paid ~$305,000 to buy and clean it up for a reason... We really could hear something at any time now... I believe AVOI will be much quicker since they bought it for a reason... Anyhoo, JMO and GLTA

Agreed. I see 2 things:
Very low volume, seems to indicate that folks are standing by.
Small whacks, seems to indicate that folks are willing to add / buy back in, if they can get it lower.

Will say, when they take it below .01, that's where there is competition for shares. I'm sure of that.

I'm sure some of it was that, just adding in those who were stuck from long ago.
But, I don't believe I'm going to consider myself "stuck" quite yet.
The facts have not changed, that someone bought this ticker with plans to do something with it.
Sometimes it takes longer than we had hoped it would and that's why I just did my normal "take a starter position and wait" type action.
If this was all I had, it might bother me, but it's just another play.......until it's not.
